Amazing! All of the staff was SUPER friendly and the place was very nice and clean! This is the 1st time I have stayed at a KOA and I will definitely try others, but the bar has been set very high with this facility and I hope others are up to the same standards.

Easily one of the nicest locations we have stayed in - staff is friendly, facilities are all very clean, generally a very pleasant day. Will be back for sure!

Very clean! Nice campground. Only gripe we have is I think we were expected to be silent at 11? At 11:15p on Friday, we were scolded for being too loud, and it was just 3 of us playing yahtzee. Then on Saturday night, we helped out our new neighbors by letting them charge their kids ipads, which apparently is a no no, so we got scolded for that too. Campground was a little too strict for us.

I always enjoy my stay there. The staff is friendly and helpful. The price is very reasonable. I book every year and will continue to do so. I have always recommended this KOA to family and friends.

The camping spaces are pretty narrow and short. With a 33’ fifth wheel I had just enough room to park my truck sideways in front of the camper. There is a charge for almost every activity (golf, slide, etc.) wish they would just include it or do a family package to include it all. Owners where nice and seemed organized, security seemed a bit aggressive but overall was nice. Probably would return

Everything is great but the pool should stay open at least until 10.....closing at dusk (8:45) on the weekend and what you consider your holiday weekends is absolutely ridiculous. Really not sure why you want feedback, nothing will change anyway

Our stay was Fabulous!! Upon arrival we were welcomed at the entrance by the owner. Every employee we encountered during our stay was very friendly and helpful. Very clean bathrooms and showers, cleaned several times throughout the day. Lots of activities for the entire family each day throughout our stay and a cafe/restaurant with good food available. We will absolutely stay here again!

Great place, our second time staying at the Hayward location. Right next to the ATV/UTV trail system. Clean and quiet and everyone was very friendly.

You can really tell that the people who run this park care. Everything was well maintained and extremely clean. Once quiet hours start the camp is indeed quiet and nice for sleeping. The only downside, and I cannot blame the campground, is that there is a relatively busy road near by and traffic noise could cause light sleepers to have issues.

Please be more mindful of children with Autism and sensory issues when it comes to wearing the required wristbands. Maybe try a cool necklace/lanyard of some kind. My child has autism and would not wear it because he does not like how it feels. Your campground was great otherwise.

We have stayed here twice now and it is quickly becoming one of our kids favorite! Very clean, family friendly and the staff are very nice and helpful. As soon as we pulled out the kids were planning our next trip back. Thank you for helping provide great family memories!

The only issue I had was that both women's bathrooms were being cleaned at 830am on Sunday morning. This seemed to be a busy time for campers to use the bathrooms, so it didn't make sense that both restrooms were unavailable.

Great place to stay! Lots of fun things to do! Really quiet in the evening. All the staff were really friendly and very helpful. I would stay here again!!!

We had a great time overall! The sites were a little small and the road noise was a little bothersome, but the kids loved the pool and the food from the cafe was good. The playgrounds kept the kids busy and the bathrooms were clean and in good shape.

This KOA had many fun amenities for kids--pool, waterslide, mini-golf, tubing, extensive playground, pizza and ice cream, etc. Staff and owners were very friendly. Clean bathrooms. Our site was close to the fun activities but also quite close to neighboring sites, which was the only downside. Not very quiet or private. But if you're in it for family fun, this place is great. Kids LOVED it!

Definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back! Yes, the sites are close, but you still have your fire and picnic table area. Plenty of activities at the campground and plenty to do in town. Always staff cleaning which was nice to see.

The stay was perfect as usual, we were able to talk my parents into renting a cabin for part of our trip too. They enjoyed their stay as well and was nice they weren’t too far away from the grandkids.

Grounds were kept very neat and beautiful. Staff was helpful, courteous and accommodating. We had to make several changes to our reservations and they patiently helped us. We are going back again for a week this fall.

Beautiful space with lots of tall pine trees, level spaces, and outrageously helpful staff (Nancy, Debbie and a host of others). Owners are out on the grounds working full time every day. The facilities are kept scrupulously clean and there's plenty of hot water for the showers.It also has great facilities and activities for children of all ages.

Great job Jose on cleaning the cabin. Didn't see the owners at all. Saw them often last year. We have pizza on the first night, but the Red Pine was closed so we had to order from town. Also, dissapointed that the Red Pine wasn't open for breakfast as the literature stated. The only employees that really talked to us were the wood delivery guy and the gal at check out. 2020 camping was far better.

Nice, well run campground. Sites are overrated for size of units they say fit comfortably. Great place for midweek camping. I don’t think we’ll do weekends as the pool and recreation areas were crowded with the property at less than 50% capacity.

Stayed there for 8 nights. Great for the kids and packed during the weekend but much better during the week. Very small camp sites and barely any grass at any of them so between those and the roads it was very very dusty. A hug wish for us was that there were more bathrooms instead of two main ones, porta-potties through out would have been nice. Bathrooms were cleaned daily and staff were great!

We been going to the hayward koa for over 20 years...this year was probably one of the best..it was well ran..very organized..EXTREMELY CLEAN especially the bathrooms...Jose and crew are awesome..don't loose those folks!! We had a friend who joined us for the day..she is a germ freak and she even commented on how neat and lean the bathrooms were..best compliment you can get!!! haha...thanks

Very narrow, very short and on top of each other rv sites. We satayed one night and had to unhook our truck due to the shortness of the pull-through site...People parked theire truck on roads or sticking onto roads to block other campers way...Campground is too crowded and campers were laud to 11:00+ pm. We will not use this KOA ever again and won't recommend for others to visit either.

We brought our grandchildren on this trip. They had so much fun and they were busy from morning to night. They were outside and engaged for our entire stay. The playground was better than any I had ever seen. The facilities were immaculate and every member of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this campground to everyone, not just people with children.

Enjoyed our site #35 in the pines and not having campers right next to us - benefits of low season camping. Unique use of flowers w/canoes was very nice/welcoming. Highway noise was a lot lower than other KOA's we've stayed at which was a big plus. Definitely would stay at this KOA again in the fall. Thanks!
