Wonderful experience from making our reservation (Nancy is a star) to checking out and everything in between. The attention to detail was impressive. The cleanliness outstanding! We will definitely be returning and have told others about our great experience.

While we were there 1 nite it was extremely comfy. The staff was great. So much to do and see. Highly, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

We love Hayward KOA. So many activities and things to do. Our favorite is tubing. Workers are amazing and make us feel like family. Highly recommend camping here if you have children. Guarantee the kids will beg to go year after year.

We had so much fun! Great place with lots to keep everyone of any age busy! My 4 year old cried when we had to leave! I think I cried with her haha. We made amazing memories during our stay. I grew up coming there and now I am making those same memories with my kids. Can not wait to come back but next time we plan on staying a lot longer!

Excellent stay. Wonderful place to make family memories. Staff was very attentive to details. Already making plans for next year! The only thing I wished was that I would have had a phone number for night time security. The teenagers at the tent site next to us kept us awake almost all night on Saturday night. Otherwise everyone else was amazingly respectful of quiet hours.

There was more there than I was expecting so that was awesome unfortunately we didn't get a chance to enjoy anything but next time we definitely will.

Besides the storm we had Friday night it was an excellent weekend. My kids had a great time in the pool and my girl and I had a wonderful time relaxing.

This is the 3rd year we have stayed at the Hayward KOA. It is a very professionally run business and so family friendly! Can't wait until next year!!!!

Great workers, very friendly. Wish some of the activities like the jump pad and slide were either free or for a smaller fee for campers.

Our campsite was very small, but the campground was not full (on a Sunday evening) so that was fine. The laundry was much appreciated.

We come back every year for our family reunion and love it. Our only request is that something is done about all the tree stumps back by KL9. My son and his cousins tripped and fell multiple times on them, but worse than that, my 71 year old mother tripped on one and cut her hand open. Please please do something about this hazard! Other than that, it's our favorite weekend of the year!

Great sites, nice and level. Asked for help to clean wet wood from fire pit and help was there within 5 min! Bathrooms were clean all day, very nice

This RV park was way too crowded. We had a "premium" RV site, and our neighbors were so close, you could reach out and touch the trailers. There were way too many trees to dodge pulling in and out, as well as cars. There was only suppose to be 1 car per site, but that was laughable. Also, they parked in the road way. Everything was extra, and the pool was way to packed. WILL NOT STAY AGAIN!!

KOA Hayward is amazing with many activities for all ages!! The staff is friendly and the grounds and bathroom/showers are very clean!

1st people we met were the owners, extremely nice and helpful. Very clean Very well setup plenty of things for the kiddos, plenty of dog potty stations with supplies. Very happy!

We have an annual campout at Hayward KOA with our grandkids. The pool is always a hit, and they love the activities. They're getting big enough now, we hope to try out the river rafting.

It was one of the worst experiences we have ever had there. We got put in a group site with people we didn’t even know. Who were rude swearing at our kids and yelling at each other constantly. Their dog was constantly in our campsite and trying to eat our food when we were eating. After our weekend in August we will not be returning.

Even though the campground was packed, it didn’t feel terribly crowded or noisy at the campsites. The bathrooms and shower area was very clean, would stay there again.

Honestly, just an average campground. While the initial nightly fee is reasonable, the amenities don't justify the extra expense. 4.50 a day to jump on the jumping pillow. Really! Then add another 11$ for 1 slide. Quite ridiculous in my opinion. On top of that the sites are tiny and cramped. My final rant would be the number of bathrooms/showers for the number of sites. They could also be updated.

It might be nice for families with small children but not for adults. Way to crowded. And I guess I’ve been spoiled from other KOAs because the bathroom and showers were not very nice.

We loved everything while we were there. The kids had a blast in the pool and water slide. We all loved the float trip and how close it was to town but not to close. If you get the chance to stay there you won’t be disappointed.

Great stay at one of your deluxe cabins. Some repairs with shower knob and air conditioner needed, but overall very nice. Wanted to rent bikes and were told no because we were 4 minutes after 7pm. Rentals are for 1hour, we didn’t understand this!

Love the friendly and relaxing atmosphere. We have always loved Hayward. I have been enjoying camping at KOA for the last, at least 20 year’s and will continue to visit as long as possible

We have camped here often. Unfortunately a large family group arrived near us and proceeded to start drinking at 1 p.m. So much for a quiet weekend! They were quiet after 10 pm, which was a relief.

Enjoyed our site #35 in the pines and not having campers right next to us - benefits of low season camping. Unique use of flowers w/canoes was very nice/welcoming. Highway noise was a lot lower than other KOA's we've stayed at which was a big plus. Definitely would stay at this KOA again in the fall. Thanks!
