My son got harassed by a drunk guy who kept following him around yelling at him. Reported it to management who didn’t seem too concerned or willing to address the issue. The same guy assaults me on the way to the shower. He gets arrested. We are told by police we did nothing wrong but made to leave. I will very likely never stay at a KOA again. Pretty sure that an employee watched the whole thin

It was a great family experience for us, there was plenty to do and we never heard “I’m bored” which is so nice. There was 11 of us and 3 dogs all separate cabins. The cabins were clean and very well kept. I loved everything about it and can’t wait to go again. KOA is my kind of camping! Thank you ! Tori Jordan

This KOA is AMAZING! The facilities are incredibly clean and every single employee goes out of their way to be kind, courteous and helpful! The amenities are also fantastic, with something for everyone! The pool was sparkling clean and warm, the cafe had plenty of options, the daily activities were huge hits, and the owners personally greet as many guest as they can! We will be back!

Nanci, Allen, and Paula in the office did a phenomenal job of check in. David was super in showing us our lodge and Debbie had our firewood to us as we reached our cabin. What a crew you have!!!!!

Nice very clean campground right near the ATV trails. We had my parents stay with us and they rented a cabin that was perfect for their needs. It worked perfectly for us.

We stayed in a cabin for the weekend of our Birkie Trail Runs and it could not have been more perfect! Management was flexible with giving us a late check out so we could shower after our events, and it was the perfect place for a good nights sleep.

We stayed in a Kamper Kabin and it was quite nice. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate, so we ended up going home a little earlier than planned, but we will definitely be back next year!

Had a great time! Our grandsons ages 6 and 9 enjoyed the pool, waterside, bounce pillow, movies and meeting new friends. We adults had a fun and relaxing time playing table games, good food and campfire. So thankful weather cooperated! Always a wonderful time at the Hayward KOA! Thank you!

Loved that it was quiet, talked to the owner multiple times. Really wish Halloween weekend wasn't cancelled though. Bathrooms were IMMACULATE!! Showers were pretty good too. Water heater was off on waterslide. This was disappointing. This happened last year as well. I hope they decide to leave the heater on next year over Labor Day weekend. Overall, love this campground!

Great stay, great amenities, we stayed in a teepee our kids (8 & 6 years old) LOVED IT! The hosts were incredibly kind and present throughout the stay. Only bummer is it’s is situated on a busy highway. This wouldn’t be terrible, but the teepee site we stayed in was the nearest site to the highway and there was no privacy fence. Teepee site should be in the back away from sound of hwy.

We had a great time! It’s a shame COVID happened so things had to be cancelled but otherwise, perfect! We have already booked for next summer! I gave it 4 stars but we had zero water pressure on Sunday for dishes and showers.

Its a fantastic spot for young families. We have stayed here many, many times. No lake or river directly on site, but the Namakogan River is just behind and there is a good pool on site. We had to leave a day early at our last visit but we're not able to get a refund of the day we missed. That seems to be standard, so not surprising but we had hoped it would be ok. Anyway, its a good to camp!

It was AMAZING! The owner, and all of the staff made our stay, PRICELESS!! The cabins were spotless as were the grounds and every amenity we used. Each year we go, more family members or friends get cabins as well because of our experience at the KOA. We have already reserved for next year!!

Enjoyed our site #35 in the pines and not having campers right next to us - benefits of low season camping. Unique use of flowers w/canoes was very nice/welcoming. Highway noise was a lot lower than other KOA's we've stayed at which was a big plus. Definitely would stay at this KOA again in the fall. Thanks!
