Too crowded, and our friends granddaughter broke her leg on the jumpy pillow and their sons bike got stolen. Wasn't a fun weekend.

It's been a long time since I camped at a KOA campground; I was impressed at how helpful the staff is. Our stay was fun, and everything is well kept.

Extraordinary Campground! Lots of kid activities and clean campsites. I have never been in a Campground with such clean bathrooms! We had a terrific experience and would definitely recommend it to everyone. This place is what a Campground SHOULD be!

Enjoyed the stay very much. This was our 2nd time there and we had our adult children and grandchildren who came with this year. My grandkids didn’t want to leave and my son and his wife are going to be coming back again. Great job!!! Our stay was not long enough.

Brought 3 grandchildren with us. Plenty to keep them busy. Loved the pool. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This is a very nice campground. They did a great job with cleanliness of the facilities with cleaning crews onsite 7am-11pm. I would've rated this at 5 stars, but they advertise heavily regarding the jumping pillow and waterslide, both of which are a separate fee each day which was not posted anywhere on the premise. The one water slide was $10+/day, and the jumping pillow as $5+/day.

Campsites are to close together, hard to get the vehicle and camper parked in the same site, need to cut some trees for better access

So much fun. I love all of the activities that go on. Last time i was here was 25 years ago and I still had the most amazing time with my family.

I’ve been coming here with my daughter’s family for the last 4 years. They love the campground so I’d invited my son’s family this year and they said that would like to come back again. So many activities so my grandkids slept very well at night. I’ll pick weekdays next time though.

Very nice and clean campground but very dusty and the sites are stacked on top of one another not very much room for a camper and a truck if you have a little bit bigger camper.

Fun for the kids, but pricey. I wish it was more of a package deal, instead of having to pay for everything individually. Still, it was very nice. Super friendly and helpful staff.

We always love staying at the Hayward KOA but this time it rained really hard and some of the campsites and roads kind of flooded. We thought it would be a good idea to get some fill in on those far sites over by the cabins and the one teepee. Just a suggestion. Otherwise we always love camping with you. Thank you, the eau Claire people

The campground is clean and nice. Very noisy with tons of kids having a wonderful time! Families with kids will love it!!

Very little grass on camp ground, so dusty at times. Lots of staff to help you if needed. Very busy and crowded. Each campsite has very little personnel space. Would have rather stayed in a cabin as to have my RV there. Liked the flowers around the grounds.

Very close campsites. Majority of pedal vehicles were broken, water slide closed twice for repairs, and the store was out of “mining rocks” for a sluice activity. Disappointed

Very nice campground; friendly people etc. Would prefer the roads were paved as the sand and dust is a bit overwhelming, but we would stay here again.

Brought grandkids for first time. Was a big hit with all the activities. They were worn out at the end of each day. They want to come back.

Pretty dusty! Some of the cabin folks don’t seem to understand what the quiet hours are, they were noisy until about midnight! Most KOAs take you to your site, since this wasn’t provided we ended up in the wrong site. Overall it was just okay.

Everything was great, my only nit pick would be that it is very tight for larger RV’s, but very nice place, we will not hesitate to stay again when we are in the area.

We thought the grounds were well kept, staff constantly cleaning and attentive to campers needs. Brian was great and kept saying Happy Birthday to our grand daughter, since when we checked in it was her bday. All staff went the xtra mile to make sure everyone was happy, especially the kids. Pool was clean, waterslide a hit with grandkids. Smores nite staff help make smores my grand kids way!

This campground is well maintained. Enjoyed the free s'more at the community fire pit with the nice swings. Many activities for all. The hay ride went around the campground 4 times so that all who wanted to participate were able to do so. Great campground for a family!

Would really like campfires limited to 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm ( those are the only hours you could add wood to the fire). Some people were burning garbage and some just let their fires smolder all day. These fires do not smell good. For about 5 minutes during our 2 day stay I could not smell smoke and I could smell the pine trees. I’m sure if campground air we’re tested it would trigger air alert.

Great campground and fun place for kids. Would be nice if the sites had more room and were not so packed together. Restrooms and all of the areas were clean considering the amount of people who were there..

Enjoyed our site #35 in the pines and not having campers right next to us - benefits of low season camping. Unique use of flowers w/canoes was very nice/welcoming. Highway noise was a lot lower than other KOA's we've stayed at which was a big plus. Definitely would stay at this KOA again in the fall. Thanks!
