Although it rained 4 out of the 5 days we were there, we made the best of it. The park was clean, our site spacious, and the staff were awesome. We met our neighbors for the first time and hung out Around the fire pit. Dispite the rain, we had a relaxing great time. I’d definitely go back and have already bragged to our RV friends about Herkimer Diamond KOA. Thanks for the stay.

Employees were kind and competent. The grounds were BEAUTIFUL and very clean. Love how updated everything was. We had a great experience and highly recommend.

It was so nice! The grounds are beautiful and well kept! The site we had (125) had a nice patio, a grill, it was pull-through with full hookups and was such a good location. The kids had a great time with all the activities! They loved the pool and the playgrounds. Everyone we met that worked there was wonderful!

Very nice clean relaxing campground! We loved the concrete patios with table and chair sets. Great bonus!

We had a wonderful time, our first time at that KOA. Actually, living only 40 minutes away, we knew of the campground, just never thought to camp there. It's perfect for children. We take our grand kids camping each summer. We booked a stay there for later this year, and have canceled the place we originally planned to take them.

The park was clean, had plenty of activities for the kids along with having a dog park so our dogs could get some exercise. The staff was always checking to see if we needed anything. At one point we requested a golf cart rental, which at the time was not available, however a short time late I received a text message stating there was one available. Great time and a great place to camp.

Love this KOA! It is so peaceful here you never want to leave! Workers are friendly and very accommodating! Does need some routine maintenance. On our site the regular outlet was not working and the water shut off valve leaked. One dog park gate is pushed back on the hinge and there is a gap that small dogs can squeeze through. Shuffle board court needs to be repainted. Love all the extras!

It was great kids loved it . As soon as I got home I got right on to try and book whatever weekends they had left open for the summer.

The campground was very nice with good amenities. The shower rooms could have been improved. The pad on our site had a significant drop off and the area for the picnic table was in an odd location in orientation to the camper.

We stayed 3 days and really enjoyed ourselves. The staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. We ate diner at the miners table and met the owner of the campground who was very nice. The food was excellent and the service was great. Hope to see you again soon

I love camping on the river. I love the wildlife that's at your Campground especially the birds and the Hawks. Your staff is super friendly and efficient and so cardeas they've made my stay a pleasant one. And after my unfortunate accident or I broke a rib the staff was even more friendly and help me by moving my car for me and other little things they did for me that I would normally do for mysel

This was one of the better holiday weekends we have experienced there in a few years. The staff were pleasant and made check in easy. We were able to make reservations for next year, no problems, usually we have issues. Thank you! Have you thought about making seasonal sites?

The weather was awful, but the campground still had so many activities for the kids. Our grandson loved it. We were able to go to the mnes one day. All in all a good trip. We can't wait to go back with nicer weather.

The even number site hookups are backwards and makes no sense. Made it very difficult to camp in the front of my camper, I had to setup behind my camper and that sucked because I didn’t bring a rain cover.

I love this place and definitely coming back within the near future, breaking rocks open is very satisfying and you possibly can get a nice reward like quarts or herkimer diamond and many more, one reccomend thought wear long sleeves long pants or shirts so bits of rock dosent hurt at all also reccomend gloves they help with also the rocks fly at you and they lower the chances of you getting a blister, in all do I recommend this place, very much so (PS:bring equipment such as mallets and plastic protection glass also like a small zip lock if you fine something you like)
