The hosts were very accommodating. Our bike rack broke and we needed a large bolt. Jim worked with my husband gathering his own tools to help us. Bathrooms were clean and nicely updated. The grounds are clean , sites are spacious/wide and level. Easy access in and out for large rigs. Would definitely come back!

As always, clean park with clean restrooms, showers, and laundry. No surprise there. Nice big shady trees. Best of all, it was close enough to the highway to be convenient, but far enough away that we couldn’t hear the noise. A great stopover for us.

Small spaces. We had to detach to fit into our camping spot. We only have a 24 ft trailer. Could barely park truck sideways to be off the road. Bathrooms great, but hate overhead shower nozzle. It's like washing in the rain. People seem nice. Decent location. jms

Greeted by friendly staff. The golf cart escort to our site is always welcomed. The campground was surrounded by fields so it had a country feel to it. Bathroom and showers were super clean. I liked the sink basin art work.

This KOA is the cleanest one I have ever seen. The bathrooms were so clean, and beautifully decorated. Our cabin was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

It was a nice campground and the hosts were very nice and easy to work with. We had to stay on a short notice and they were able to accommodate us. The only issues I have is that when I had to dump my tanks the dump site was underwater from a thunderstorm the night before. Since the State has closed or removed all the dump stations from the rest areas that left us with hard time dumping the tanks.

We stayed in Mitchell twice during our road trip from Indiana to Montana, and back. We stayed in KOA Campgrounds all nites on our trip but 2. The Mitchell KOA was the best of all the KOA's we stayed at. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cleanest restrooms. Stayed in a cabin on the way out and tent site on the way back. Plan on staying here in 2022 road trip.

We stayed for 6 nights next to our friends while we visited Mitchell, SD. The campground was neat and clean, the people running it were very nice. They take pride in their business. It gets busy each night with travelers coming in and is almost full. Even with all the campers, it is very quiet and enjoyable. We didn't have any issues and would camp here again.

Had a difficult time finding the KOA due to construction with road blockages. Didn’t get there until dark. Initially they had no one to show me the camp site Had to come back because I got lost in the dark. After some back and forth they finally found somebody to guide me but it should have been smoother experience

Campground was very nice, clean, well spaced. The lady I spoke with was super nice. The only reason I didn't rate a 10 was the wifi did not work at all.

Very good staff, level lot, full hookups, long enough lot for truck and RV (we have a 35’ fifth wheel), close to town, people observed quiet hours, trees and grass, gravel drives and sites. Ask for fuel coupon!

Friendly, fast, efficient check in. Convenient pull through sites and lower price when you don't need sewer hookup. Very good campground overall.

Rolled in yesterday. Got a large pull thru site. Beautiful campgrounds! Well kept, clean, leaves are changing. Several tornado shelters around camp. Met some other people here pheasant hunting too. Large wind turbine and it never stops! So yes it's always windy here. They even have a Tesla charger for electric vehicles!
