Not happy that 30amp plug not wired correctly as admitted by staff. Wiring problem causes concern when surge protector shows red.

Site 18 became a lake while raining. Needs to be regraded or effective drainage tiles installed.

The water drains away after a few hours, nothing to worry about.

One of the best campgrounds that I have visited!! Bathrooms are clean and beautiful decorations. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here for an extended stay.

Great friendly staff, clean campground, remodeled bathrooms, overall great place to camp. Highly recommended if you plan on going to the corn palace, or any of the wonderful restaurants in the area.

Great place to stay initially. But a massive camper pulled in at 1am, then the people loudly exited their camper and set up at our picnic table. They proceeded to establish what sounded like a part at the picnic table, cooking and yelling until after 2am. If the quiet hours start at 10pm, someone from the KOA should have come and interacted with the campers about their disruptive behavior.

We talked to them about it the next am, after we were made aware of the fact, they won't be back.

Lovely sites with grass and mature trees. All staff were very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Very nice for a KOA Journey. Had a pool, free mini golf and 3 wheel bikes to rent. Appear to be new shower house. Very nice showers with rain heads and large sinks. Friendly staff.

Clean park. Bathroom sinks are very cool. Weird layout as the dump station is at the back of the park so you might have to drive through twice when leaving. Also pool has ladders but no steps.

Last minute reservations both going on our trip and coming home. They were great, very nice folks, very accommodating and the place was nice and clean. Will definitely stay there again!

The Host was rude to my wife in check in as he commented on her have a mask on and was to close without have a mask on and respecting her personal space . Grumpy old man

Sites are good - close to neighbors, but not too close. Electric was up to par and water pressure good. Bathhouse meticulous! Showers are wonderful RAIN SHOWERS! Could have stayed in there all day! Nice pool.

We had some trailer hitch difficulties and the owner allowed us to borrow the necessary tools to correct the problem. A nice place to say when you are driving through South Dakota.

Friendly staff, clean bathrooms! We stayed there twice and will be back again. I do wish the pool was heated because it was chilly but the kids still loved it!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

It does have a heater, coils pull the heat out of the attic but on a cool and cloudy day with a cool night, no solar gain.

Owners were friendly and helpful. Restrooms were outstanding. Sites not too crowded. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. Only drawback was that the power went off during the night, which the owner said was common out in the country. Power was restored early in the day, which allowed the fridge to cool again before we left.

Rolled in yesterday. Got a large pull thru site. Beautiful campgrounds! Well kept, clean, leaves are changing. Several tornado shelters around camp. Met some other people here pheasant hunting too. Large wind turbine and it never stops! So yes it's always windy here. They even have a Tesla charger for electric vehicles!
