Campground guests staying at Port Lavaca KOA can participate for free by setting up a table right at their campsite. Outside vendors are welcome for just $10 per table, making this a great opportunity to sell handmade items, antiques, camping gear, household goods, and more.
Our quarterly Yard Sale has become a favorite campground event for both campers and locals looking for unique finds and great deals near Matagorda Bay. Whether you are RV camping, staying in a cabin, tent camping, or visiting for the day, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
Vendor spaces are limited, so early registration is encouraged. Plan your Texas Gulf Coast camping trip and experience one of the most welcoming campground communities in Port Lavaca.
We invite all guests and community members to participate by dropping off non-perishable food items at the campground office during office hours. Your donations will directly help local families in need during this season of giving.
As a special thank-you, guests who donate five or more food items will receive half off their first pizza at the campground. It's a simple and meaningful way to give back—and enjoy a delicious reward, too.

Our favorite festive campground elf, Salty By the Bay, returns this December to bring joy, mischief, and holiday magic to the Port Lavaca KOA! From December 1st through Christmas Eve, Salty will be popping up in surprising places across the campground—spreading cheer, hiding goodies, and maybe even sneaking a s'more or two.
