Please note our adjusted holiday schedule:
Christmas Eve — 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Christmas Day — Office Close

Open daily from 8:30 AM until dusk. Our saltwater pool is heated in the winter, up to 20°F above the low, and cooled in the summer, up to 20°F below the high. The pool will be closed during storms or when temperatures are below 45°F for any 48 hour period. No diving is allowed. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. All children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 3 must wear swim diapers.

Golf Cart Policy – Port Lavaca KOA

Golf carts are welcome at the Port Lavaca KOA and are a great way to explore the campground during your stay. To help keep our campground safe and enjoyable for all guests, the following policies apply to all guest-owned golf carts.

Guest-Owned Golf Cart Requirements

All personal golf carts brought onto campground property must:

• Be registered at the office upon arrival
  
• Pay a one-time non-refundable $5 registration fee
  
• Provide proof of current liability insurance coverage
  

Golf carts that are not registered may not be operated on campground property.

Golf Cart Safety Rules

For the safety of all guests:

• Drive slowly and responsibly at all times
  
• Yield to pedestrians, children, and bicyclists
  
• No reckless driving or horseplay
  
• Only licensed drivers may operate golf carts
  
• Do not exceed passenger limits
  
• Observe quiet hours and be respectful of nearby campers
  

Failure to follow campground rules may result in loss of golf cart privileges.

The laundry room is conveniently located just across the road from the office, near the arcade and family restrooms.

Check-in time on our campsites is 1:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am

Our check-in time for our accommodations is 3:00 pm. The check-out time is 11:00 am.

Propane is filled by appointment only and will require a 24 hour notice.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancelations will not be accepted.Cancellation Deadlines:•    RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.•    Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival. •    Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.•   Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.•    No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.•    No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.•    Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.•   Holidays and special events 14 days for RV and Tent sites and 21 days for Lodging and Accommodations

Vehicle Limit: Camping rate includes one RV, utility trailers up to 7.0 feet in total length from tongue to rear bumper, and one motor vehicle per site. Most sites can accommodate a smaller second vehicle for an additional fee.
Boats, trailers, Recreational vehicles and other towables can be parked in a separate area for a fee. Please check with the office for availability when making reservations.

Visitors are welcome to visit our guests for the day. However, we ask that they do not park on open sites. Only park in the overflow parking.

Our campground offers full hookups on every site. Meaning it has sewer, water, and 30/50 electric hookups!

Ask about our affordable monthly RV rates starting at $450.

Please note the boat ramp is 12 ft wide and shallow, It is for small craft (20ft or less).

Our campground is a gated property. When you create a reservation you will receive a confirmation number. Gate code is the last four digits of your number followed by #. ie: 1234#  If you would like to walk in and make a reservation, just simply click the "call" BUTTON on the gate pedestal and they will open the gate, but please come to the office promptly so we can make a reservation for you! :)
