Made reservations for 11/24/20 by mistake at 5pm on 11/24/20 while staying at a koa in Leander Tx. Could not get there. could not cancel. Not happy.

Staff is service oriented. Many activities for guests and especially children. Cant wait to bring the grandbabies to visit once the pandemic is under control.

We had a great time fishing right from the banks behind our trailer. Our waterfront patio sight came with chairs/table and fire ring behind us and a picnic table to the side of our site. Very clean campground, very friendly staff and absolutely loved all the swings on the property. We will book a return trip soon.

One of my favorite KOA but as far as the employees, the best. Nanci had wonderful activities for the kids. Bryan was most helpful with many things. We will be back! Entire park very clean & well kept. Recommend it to all!

Some of the most friendly staff I have ever met at a campground. They all wanted to make sure my family was having best time during our stay. Thanks for a great get-a-way for our family.

Brief, but pleasant. Liked the fireplace and table arrangements as well as the closeness to the water. It was pricey

Great park, sites clean, level, well maintained. Incredible staff - had electrical problem when I arrived on Sunday afternoon, got response and problem solved within 30 minutes - on SUNDAY AFTERNOON. Never had service like that anywhere before. Keep up the good work, looking forward to next visit.

Very nice KOA, staff is great especially Nanci! Everything is well maintained. Would even be better if live bait was available at the store!!! (Maybe with coming improvements)

Our cabin was beautiful!! The KOA campgrounds were beautiful!! I totally enjoyed my stay there. I hope to come back in the near future. The neighbors were friendly. The pool area was clean. Everything was clean. Thank you so much.

Somehow we failed to get the message that we were to provide our own linens, towels, pillows, etc for use in the cabin we rented. The staff (competent as always) fixed that problem! Suggest you leave instructions as to use of the A/C units, stove, TV, etc. Kurig pot sucks. The interior lighting is inadequate...can't read by it. Great location, great people working there. Will be back.

I absolutely love this location! Spot 140 is my favorite! Everyone is the sweetest! All staff goes out of their way to help/assist in any way. Their goal is to make your stay marvelous!

I would have given a perfect score except that they didn't have recycle bins which is very important to me.

Easy contactless checkin process. The cabin is so clean and seems to be new. There a lots of activities for the kids hosted by Koa. Highly recommended!

I feel the need to praise this KOA for it's staff! Everyone was so very helpful and just so very friendly. I want to especially send out a praise and thanks for Cam...she is the darling of this campground. I was there for a personal reason to find some relaxation and peaceful time. She checked on me personally & was helpful when I realized I had forgotten to get dog food for my fur baby. Beautiful

Wonderful location and Camp Site. Staff was outstanding and made our stay a perfect experience. We will definitely return many times this year and in the future. Very clean and well maintained Camp in total. Awesome Views. Again cant say how wonderful the owners and staff were.

Our only thing was the we rented a golf cart and there was no where to go other around the park. For $75 for a day was too much for nowhere to go. The staff was great and friendly but didn’t tell us that about the cart with no where to go

The campground is at a beautiful location, right along the bay. The park really was immaculate! There were so many things to do at the park. This is probably one our favorite KOAs! Nanci & Brian work at the park and were both so friendly & helpful, made us feel at home!

We have stayed at the Port Lavaca KOA 3 of the past 5 weekends, and are going back next weekend. The staff are very friendly and willing to help in any way needed. The grounds are clean well groomed. The amenities are plentiful. The store is well stocked and the restrooms/showers are kept clean. We will definitely keep coming back as we love this KOA!

This has to be our favorite koa and we have been to alot. Also thanks to Nanci the activity coordinator, she found out it was out Anniversary and brought us some balloons bouquet. It was so nice of her and koa. The sites were not to close to the other sites. Love the view and the new table and chairs. The bathroom and laundry room were clean. My grandkids came and we all enjoyed the bingo.

Nice, quiet park and nice people. Only comment would be they need better access to the propane refill tank for motorhomes.

It was great! Everyone was helpful. Sites were level and very clean. Plenty of onsite activities. The beach was a little disappointing. Much smaller than we anticipated.

Very nice place. Clean bathrooms. Nice to have a small store on the property. The rock pad we had for our trailer was not level so that needs to be worked on. The people working there were very friendly and helpful.

Great campground! The only drawback was the road improvement project going on in the park, but it will be nice when it's done.

Stay was fun loved the family activities I believe check in time should be moved to 2 pm I think having to wait until 4pm is a little late in the day. Because you have to make your beds unpack and get to cooking dinner.

Beautiful views and well equipped spaces. Roads are dirt so muddy in the spaces are stacked right on top of each other. Park personnel are amazing friendly and very helpful.

Friendly staff, camping sites are clean and well kepted. A great area to relax and enjoy being outside!!

Great location sites could use either concrete or something setup on. Staff was very friendly and help parks clean

This was an excellent adventure here at the KOA Holiday. We all caught fish with my youngest Grandson catch the biggest fish on the smallest rod & reel. If it was an experience we'll never forget. 😊
