Everyone is always very friendly at this KOA. The only complaint I have is the site we were at was not very level especially for a camper of my size. It was considered a pull through but its more like a pull in then back out which wasnt a big deal. I was worried the site behind us someone would arrive because there isnt much room. However I think they have that blocked off for that reason.

Staff and park was great. The only downside on this trip was that the neighboring lot had three motor vehicles besides one camper. They parked one car onto my lot which really wasn’t right.

Wife and I didn’t adjust our travel time due to time change for where we were coming from. We got to KOA way to early. The associates of KOA were more than glad to accommodate us on our early arrival. They got us checked in and took us to our site and helped us get setup. They were very friend and greatly appreciated everything they done for us. Definitely stay with them again.

This KOA is way off the main road, skinny winding roads to get there with no shoulder. The sites are not level and hard to get into and out of. Big rigs and overnight stays are not recommended. I would never stay at this KOA again nor would I ever recommend it.

We are seven miles off the Cumberland Parkway on beautiful Lake Cumberland. We have pull through sites that accommodate large rigs.

Campground was muddy and nasty, no bath houses, Wifi was horrible and with no cell service, They allow minors (under 16 and Under 10 in some cases on golf carts and they are dangerous, and to top it off, it was to expensive and the office staff was just plain rude!!! we will not be back>

Other camper's comment on our bath houses being incredibly clean. AT and T does have very poor service in this area as they chooses not to pay to use the tower 1/4 mile from us. The cost for this weekend includes payment to the Bluegrass Festival for campers admission.

Due to an unforeseen circumstance at the state park campground where we originally had a reservation, I called the Russell Springs KOA to see if they had an open site. Fortunately, Tanya, the customer service rep., “hooked us up,” and she made our entire stay there delightful. Her recommendations and kindness meant so much to us, and I can honestly say she is the reason I then joined KOA.

Very clean. Grounds are well maintained. Spotless restrooms. Staff very friendly and always helpfull.

Enjoyed the bluegrass music. Host was very nice. Grounds were pleasant. Swim area was nice with a nice game room. The only undesirables notes was the amount of people with open liquor containers and open use of alcohol. Would not consider as family friendly as other places. But noting this bluegrass exhibition was open to out side public entrance at a fee per person.

It was a short stay but very nice the only thing was the roads down to are camping area could use some work.

The campground was about 15 miles out of town. We did not realize that. The campsites around us, about 6 or 7, were apparently rented to groups that leave their campers there and just come in for the weekend. On Friday night they came in and were loud and kids riding bikes all over and almost ran over me. The kids came and turned on the water at the vacant campsite by us and we're out at 10:45.

The campsite was awesome. Everyone was very friendly and took time to check and make sure we had what we needed. We highly recommend this KOA.

Got in late and left early so I didn't do much, the pool looked well kept and the grounds looked nice and they helped me park.

Great campground. Very peaceful and quiet. Plenty of room between camp sites. Super nice people. I had a number of packages and they were incredibly nice about it. Clean bathrooms and laundry room. Very nice campground.

Our party rented 2 sites in on the campground. Both sites experienced electrical issues. The 30 Amp breaker was changed on the first night at my in laws site. The following day my surge protector did it’s job multiple times due to low voltage. The site mgr all but argued that there was an issue with my trailer. Again, breaker was changed out but problem was identified as main breaker elsewhe

Sharon and Mike did a fantastic job of making our stay a memorable one. They were able to accommodate a last minute request to show a day earlier then planned. We planned a camping and boating trip for the week and when our boat died on the second day, Sharon and Mike offered other idea and activities to finish out the week. Always helpful, polite, and checked on us to make sure our trip was great

We were told corporate was there the day before we got their, we are workkampers and things were dirty, old, outdoor decorations needed another of help . Employees were very nice !!

Issues with losing power briefly during our stay. Also the internet was less than reliable, completely losing internet connection twice (for extended periods) during our stay. The sites we were in were nice, until it rained, then ALL of the water from uphill came directly through our site.

Staff was accommodating and friendly. Bathrooms were clean and inviting. My campsite was comfortable and a reasonable distance from the bathrooms and showers. I stayed for one night. But would not have been opposed to staying another if circumstances would've allowed.

Though everything we needed was ultimately there, the site is clearly aging. No access to lake, nearby marina isn't swimmer or kayak friendly. The recommended kayak rental place was far away and didn't feel safe. (Go to Pulaski to swim.) The rec room and laundry could use a refresh. Narrow driveways, too many steep hills, and difficulty walking the campground. Way too many flies and biting bugs.

Won't be back ever. Why? Here- One bath house - and it has a sign up asking you to use your RV instead(BS!!).. No riding bikes near the park, (and what are teens supposed to do?), pink string holding up tennis net (rigged), lights broken throughout, mini golf is outdated, they are dumping unknown chemical in the ground by the pool(water on a well), wire dumped, and the list continues. TRASHY!!!!!!

Office staff was very friendly, however the campgrounds themselves are very dated and in desperate need of updates and cleaning. There are a number of long term campers/rigs that are eye sores. The bath house/ bathrooms are scary. Cable has been split so many times that the signal is awful and often got worse as more people plugged in. If it wasn’t for the friendly staff, I’d rate it a 1!

The cabin was great. Only suggestion when you cut the grass blow off the patio in the outdoor furniture as it was quite unsightly and tough to use when covered in grass clippings.

We love this campground! Owners are friendly and fair to all guests. Quiet and set back away from noises. Our kids love the open play areas. A big plus is the annual bluegrass festival In August. As an older campground, there are improvements that the owners are making annually. Know that there are narrower roads, but the A loop (I think) for overnights are open and all have concrete pads for outdoor living. We use grocery delivery bc Kroger is about 20 minutes away. Dollar General is also about 10 minutes away and there is some good local country kitchen food. If you boat/fish, this is the perfect location and one of the only campgrounds close to a marina. Two launches within approximately 1.5 miles! We've recommended this to so many people, and not a one has been disappointed. Some have brought campers, others have stayed in cabins. Highly recommend!

My wife and I wanted to quick weekend get away to unwind. 5 Stars for the staff, the campground, and location. I was very impressed by how helpful and responsive the office staff was to any question or issue my wife or I had. Outstanding customer service.! The RV site was clean, level, and shaded. The bathrooms and office area was very clean and organized. Would highly recommend this location for any camper, RV, Trailer, or tent! Make sure to find the "Rock House", it is hard to find, but worth the effort. If you need to grab breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the Wells store has the best hamburgers and chicken wings. Highly recommend.
