Wonderful folks, stayed off season & very accommodating. Really cared abt my stay. & ample space as I had a boat in tow. Lastly - 2 mins to the lake

I had some issues with the cabin at the rear of the property, but left a note explaining the problems, and I'm sure they have been dealt with.

The cabin was great. Only suggestion when you cut the grass blow off the patio in the outdoor furniture as it was quite unsightly and tough to use when covered in grass clippings.

they advertised free wi-fi at the campground. as long as you stay right next to the office you have wi-fi but when you move away from there nothing. Now as an adult i could care less but when you have small children that watch a tablet at bedtime this is a huge deal. because of that we only stayed one night then left.

Very enjoyable weekend trip with family. Everything was neat and clean and the staff members were very friendly and accommodating. I have been coming here since I was 7-8 years old, and I’m now 51. A lot of things have changed over the years, but it’s still my favorite place to camp!

We love coming to your KOA and staying in the cabin. They are very nice and cozy. May try to bring our camper next time. The staff is very friendly and also very helpful. Bath houses are kept nice and clean as well as the campground. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable.

The cabin we stayed in was nice and the staff was great. We were disappointed in the fact that there was not internet service as advertised, the signal was extremely weak.

We had a nice time and everyone one was friendly. I don't like that the bathrooms are not kid friendly- or even big girl friendly- they are too small and almost impossible to take a toddler in there to potty. I was also frustrated that the rec room was closed.

Staff was very nice and helpful with anything we needed. Cabin was clean and well kept. Shower houses were nice and clean also. Campground was clean and well kept. We plan on coming back as much as possible if cabin is available.

The camping cabin we stayed in was super cute! It looks small from the outside but is quite spacious on the inside, especially with the vaulted ceiling. Our cabin was clean and smelled nice. We had a great time!

We stayed in D5. The cabin itself was perfect! However, whoever the guy is that you all have on ground and stays there was VERY rude and targeted our group of people. We understand the "10 o'clock" quiet time, but he was most definitely a "stalker" and was 100% targeting us by continuously driving around us. There were 0 complaints that we were being "loud." But we WILL NOT be staying here again.

Quiet time and appropriate camper etiquette are something the KOA brand is committed to. Unfortunately when a large group of campers congregate on one site, noise can be an unintended consequence which infringes on other camper's experience.

Need to get your. WiFi up to specs. Don’t give me a password for some thing that doesn’t work. Need living essentials ( ie, paper towels, plates and silver ware. Other than that a great stay with a great cabin-thanks

My husband and Myself had a long weekend with 4 grandchildren, everyone had a great time cabin was very nice, beds are comfortable staff are very friendly. We had several campers ask if we were the check in point because the cabin was at the entrance. We didn't mind called ourselves KOA greeters. We will diffantly be back in the future.

It was really nice and quiet. Liked that it's close to the marina. Our cabin was the perfect size and price, very clean and a super easy transaction.

Deluxe cabin was new and nice. The only thing that didn’t work was the outside electrical outlets. With no cooking in the unit and outside outlets not working, we had to run extension cords from inside to outdoors to use cooking appliances. The seasonal sites are run down and there was random junk yard like trash laying on empty spaces. Also, sights are very tight and neighbors too close.

Our stay was wonderful, we really enjoyed the campground, VERY clean and courteous. There was a man camping that was very loud, and drinking, that was using some profanity that was used in front of our children. My kids were absolutely terrified.

The only reason I gave KOA of Russel Springs a 8 is because there really isn't much to do around the camp ground. We had to drive at least 40-60 min to do anything. But we loved our stay the cabin was great and the workers were wonderful. We enjoyed our stay

We are located on beautiful Lake Cumberland with over 1,000 miles of shoreline to explore. This is one of the largest lakes east of the Mississippi.

First to stay in new cabin. No hot water until the second night. No cooking utensils or silverware. No bread in date at the store. But, the cabin was beautiful

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay in our new cabin. It provides a coffee pot, toaster, and two induction cooking pans. All kitchen supplies and bed linens need to be brought by the camper.

The cabin we rented was brand new. It was in excellent condition. It had all of the amenities that we needed. The owners were very helpful and friendly, even bringing some of their own chairs for us to use to sit outside in. We loved it!

We love this campground! Owners are friendly and fair to all guests. Quiet and set back away from noises. Our kids love the open play areas. A big plus is the annual bluegrass festival In August. As an older campground, there are improvements that the owners are making annually. Know that there are narrower roads, but the A loop (I think) for overnights are open and all have concrete pads for outdoor living. We use grocery delivery bc Kroger is about 20 minutes away. Dollar General is also about 10 minutes away and there is some good local country kitchen food. If you boat/fish, this is the perfect location and one of the only campgrounds close to a marina. Two launches within approximately 1.5 miles! We've recommended this to so many people, and not a one has been disappointed. Some have brought campers, others have stayed in cabins. Highly recommend!

My wife and I wanted to quick weekend get away to unwind. 5 Stars for the staff, the campground, and location. I was very impressed by how helpful and responsive the office staff was to any question or issue my wife or I had. Outstanding customer service.! The RV site was clean, level, and shaded. The bathrooms and office area was very clean and organized. Would highly recommend this location for any camper, RV, Trailer, or tent! Make sure to find the "Rock House", it is hard to find, but worth the effort. If you need to grab breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the Wells store has the best hamburgers and chicken wings. Highly recommend.
