The staff was very friendly and supportive for our first time camping. The campground and the bath area was very clean. The pool looked nice but a little cool for us to swim. Will come back to this place again. It’s a nice little getaway.

Sites were fairly level, gravel, and long enough for our tow vehicle. Upgraded to a patio site. Much nicer than the other options. Restrooms and showers were clean. Staff was very helpful. A lot of upgrading appears to be happening. New blacktop in sections. Good cable. Rec room was locked up. Pool looked nice.

Major work to trees and driveway where underway during our emergency " no fuel " stay. We may have been there during their improvements and upgrading so I will not make any comments other then Thanks for the site and when you get it lookin' good....

We have our drive way resurfacing completed fuel is plentiful so I you are in the area drop by and stay with us again!

Staff really accommodated our stay while fishing Cumberland Lake.

Lake Cumberland is a great fishing lake and hope you caught some nice ones. We are within a couple of two lake ramps making us a wonderful location for you next fishing outing.

Nice place to stay if you’re wanting to use the Cumberland Lake Marina. Campground was very quiet while we were there. It was in April and it snowed one day. It looks as if there would be a lot of family activities once the weather warms up and they have everything opened up. I would definitely recommend for families.

We asked for a secluded area and the host we met was very helpful in putting us in one. Another staff member took the time to lead us to the site which we found very helpful. The campground was very peaceful and we enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a nice time and everyone one was friendly. I don't like that the bathrooms are not kid friendly- or even big girl friendly- they are too small and almost impossible to take a toddler in there to potty. I was also frustrated that the rec room was closed.

It was very quiet. Staff were all very friendly. The kids couldn’t use the rec room due to remodel, but it was still a great weekend. Mini golf was fun. And the pool looks super nice. Can’t wait to come back and use it!

Staff was very nice and helpful with anything we needed. Cabin was clean and well kept. Shower houses were nice and clean also. Campground was clean and well kept. We plan on coming back as much as possible if cabin is available.

The woman that took our reservation was so accommodating and friendly! The woman that checked us in was awesome!! She was so friendly and welcoming! Wonderful amenities. The sites were great and the park was oh so clean and neat. We would definitely stay at this park again!

The campsite was less than we expected. The 110v outlet wouldn’t work. Water hookup was not very well setup. Pvc pipe with hose bibs that leaked. Site needed gravel because when it rained it became muddy in places. The office was closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday so there was no access to Ice while we were there. Camp overall was kinda run down and in disrepair

It appears no one can be bothered to host special activities for the kids, have campground maps available or clean the leaves from the roadways. We could not tell what was road and what was grass. It appeared to be mostly a man camp or an RV "park" rather than a campground. With that being said we were comfortable and did not feel threatened in any way for our two night stay.

Of all the KOA’s I’ve been to which haven’t been very many (perhaps five), this has to be the most, we will say “rustic” one yet. My check in was awesome though!!!! He escorted me to my site and made sure I was good to go. Being a solo camper I really appreciated this. That’s why I come to

The park was very very run down and it doesn’t look like any money into The park. Paul was closed Mini golf closed rec center closed rotting wood everywhere

I am sorry your weeks stay did not meet your expectations. We have spent more money in the last two year than in the park's history. Russell Springs KOA prides itself in our maintenance staff and when made aware of an issue we work to correct it.

I know you can not control the weather but it would of been nice if the wifi and cable vision would of worked , being we could not get out to enjoy the campground.

We have state of the art fiber optic cable provided by the county cable company. When we are made aware that a camper is having problems, we promptly try to resolve the issue

Great location for accessing Lake Cumberland to go boating. Marina is 1 mile away. Quiet. Respectful staff. Hope to get back next year.

We love this campground! Owners are friendly and fair to all guests. Quiet and set back away from noises. Our kids love the open play areas. A big plus is the annual bluegrass festival In August. As an older campground, there are improvements that the owners are making annually. Know that there are narrower roads, but the A loop (I think) for overnights are open and all have concrete pads for outdoor living. We use grocery delivery bc Kroger is about 20 minutes away. Dollar General is also about 10 minutes away and there is some good local country kitchen food. If you boat/fish, this is the perfect location and one of the only campgrounds close to a marina. Two launches within approximately 1.5 miles! We've recommended this to so many people, and not a one has been disappointed. Some have brought campers, others have stayed in cabins. Highly recommend!

My wife and I wanted to quick weekend get away to unwind. 5 Stars for the staff, the campground, and location. I was very impressed by how helpful and responsive the office staff was to any question or issue my wife or I had. Outstanding customer service.! The RV site was clean, level, and shaded. The bathrooms and office area was very clean and organized. Would highly recommend this location for any camper, RV, Trailer, or tent! Make sure to find the "Rock House", it is hard to find, but worth the effort. If you need to grab breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the Wells store has the best hamburgers and chicken wings. Highly recommend.
