I have no complaints concerning the staff. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most of the resort is seasonal campers. The only spot available for us was with no shade trees and next to a busy parking lot. The pool was closed. We tried watching tv. The tv cable was terrible. The staff tried to correct it but the signal was too weak.

We have a very busy weekend with the Value Card Appreciation Weekend and spots were limited. They provide state of the art digital cable provided by our local cable company that once downloaded to your TV provide a great picture and over 50 channels. We are sorry you were unable to access this.

Campground needs some work. bathrooms /. Showers were bad, upkeep of property was terrible, grass probably never mowed, very run down. Certainly didNot meet KOA standards

This campground is not up to the usual KOA standards. It us in serious need of repairs and cleaning up. There are to many permanent residents with dirty campers and cluttered campsites. Pool is crumbling and was dirty with a lot of bugs on top of the water indicating a filter problem. Apparently skimmer was not working adequately.

Absolutely loved it; staff was pleasant and was on site within minutes when a breaker went bad; pool was nice for grandkids

We stayed in one of about ten beautiful sights with ample size and space between sights. The septic cover was broken but useable, just smelled bad on that side of trailer. The wifi password worked the first day and did not work the next two days. The cable required a male to male couple that we could buy from the camp store. Once hooked up we only got about five channels, none worth watching.

thank you for bring the broken sewer cap to our attention. We were unaware of any problem with the WiFi during that time period. We have digital cable provided by our local cable company that once downloaded to your TV provides 50+ channels.

Clean site and services, warped picnic table, sewer connection required 30' of sewer pipe due to location at extreme rear of site. Location targeted towards lake activities and not a one night layover location since it is 15-30 minutes off major highways

My family and I really enjoyed the Lake Cumberland Bluegrass Festival held at the campground. The bands and vendors were great. Flowers around the campground were beautiful.

First time there .. we loved it can’t wait to go back Most friendly people love the layout of the camp really like the pad at are site Wanting to take my grandkids there they love. camping ���� Feels like a safe place

It was absolutely wonderful! Needed the peace and serenity...and relaxation! The Kamping Kabin was awesome! We will return!

The BLuegrass Festival is all about the great music provided by the award winning bands. It is an independent event and one of the highlights for our campers.

Very nice quiet park. The people that checked us in and out were very pleasant. The bathroom facilities were clean. We stayed in a tent and I just wish the bathrooms were a bit closer to the tent area.

Sites were to close and not very level. The fire rings were to close to use safely. I was not impressed with this KOA.

We hope you give us another opportunity. We have large pull through sites (A14-A21), some of which are patio sites that are 70ft long.

There were not that many amenities. The pool was dirty, the miniture golf and play ground were run down. The WiFi wasn’t available and this location had little to no cellular service. They need to get the WiFi operational. The Amish cabin was nicer than expected. Lastly, there is nothing closer than a 30 minute drive. This should be noted on their campsite page of KOA.com

We are directly on beautiful Lake Cumberland, one of largest lakes East of the Mississippi. We are also midway between Mammoth Cave NP and Cumberland Falls. In addition many campers enjoy the bourbon trail. Our facility encountered a major electrical storm prior to you arrival which damage our WiFi access point & it is being replaced tomorrow. We would love for you to give our area another chance

Sites not made to accomodate slideouts, too narrow and no room between other campers. I expect more from KOA and the premium price you charge.

We do offer larger, pull through sites on the next terrace (some are patio sites.) Next time you camp with us please request on of these. We hope you continue to camp KOA.

Would have like to have a site map and tv channel guide. Other than that, got a good nites rest . No noise. I wish I had not left my favorite coffee cup on top of power box on a18 blue with handle . But oh well . Thanks

Despite arriving late at night there was an attendant there to greet us and help us get into our RV site. The next day the staff at the shop was also extremely helpful. The campground was clean and organized...good warm water lasted forever in the showers which is a bonus. We opted to use the older boat launch about 3 miles away vs going to alligator marina...plenty of room to drop in quickly

With two boat ramps (one only a mile) from the campground, our location makes getting to the water a breeze.

Very unlevel site. Our site was down (and back up) very steep grade with almost 180 degree turn at the bottom of a hill . Not big rig friendly. Bathrooms need lots of TLC.

We had a nice sight; the staff was friendly and helpful when we were having issues with the cable for TV. The campground is neat and well kept.

the staff was super friendly and helpful. and the campground was very clean. Bathrooms, showers, store and laundry were all in good working order. the pool was a little worse for wear but I think I read they are doing renovations to the pool this fall. It was perfect for our stay. it is a bit older campground though and if you are looking for a modern and updated campground this is not it.

We had a large group. Staff was great. Very friendly. Enjoyed our time. Only wish bathrooms/showers could be newer. They did a good job cleaning it twice daily. Grounds was well kept. Very accommodating with our boats, and large group.

We came in past the office hours and someone was nice enjoy a go to stay and get us to our site and make sure the electric was working before they left. It was very thoughtful and we appreciated it tremendously.

Great space. Loved the sewer hookup on the front camper locations. Liked the bigger spaces towards the front.

We love this campground! Owners are friendly and fair to all guests. Quiet and set back away from noises. Our kids love the open play areas. A big plus is the annual bluegrass festival In August. As an older campground, there are improvements that the owners are making annually. Know that there are narrower roads, but the A loop (I think) for overnights are open and all have concrete pads for outdoor living. We use grocery delivery bc Kroger is about 20 minutes away. Dollar General is also about 10 minutes away and there is some good local country kitchen food. If you boat/fish, this is the perfect location and one of the only campgrounds close to a marina. Two launches within approximately 1.5 miles! We've recommended this to so many people, and not a one has been disappointed. Some have brought campers, others have stayed in cabins. Highly recommend!

My wife and I wanted to quick weekend get away to unwind. 5 Stars for the staff, the campground, and location. I was very impressed by how helpful and responsive the office staff was to any question or issue my wife or I had. Outstanding customer service.! The RV site was clean, level, and shaded. The bathrooms and office area was very clean and organized. Would highly recommend this location for any camper, RV, Trailer, or tent! Make sure to find the "Rock House", it is hard to find, but worth the effort. If you need to grab breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the Wells store has the best hamburgers and chicken wings. Highly recommend.
