The campground was about 15 miles out of town. We did not realize that. The campsites around us, about 6 or 7, were apparently rented to groups that leave their campers there and just come in for the weekend. On Friday night they came in and were loud and kids riding bikes all over and almost ran over me. The kids came and turned on the water at the vacant campsite by us and we're out at 10:45.

We are 7 miles off the Cumberland Parkway on beautiful Lake Cumberland.

The campsite was awesome. Everyone was very friendly and took time to check and make sure we had what we needed. We highly recommend this KOA.

Got in late and left early so I didn't do much, the pool looked well kept and the grounds looked nice and they helped me park.

Great campground. Very peaceful and quiet. Plenty of room between camp sites. Super nice people. I had a number of packages and they were incredibly nice about it. Clean bathrooms and laundry room. Very nice campground.

Our party rented 2 sites in on the campground. Both sites experienced electrical issues. The 30 Amp breaker was changed on the first night at my in laws site. The following day my surge protector did it’s job multiple times due to low voltage. The site mgr all but argued that there was an issue with my trailer. Again, breaker was changed out but problem was identified as main breaker elsewhe

Sharon and Mike did a fantastic job of making our stay a memorable one. They were able to accommodate a last minute request to show a day earlier then planned. We planned a camping and boating trip for the week and when our boat died on the second day, Sharon and Mike offered other idea and activities to finish out the week. Always helpful, polite, and checked on us to make sure our trip was great

We were told corporate was there the day before we got their, we are workkampers and things were dirty, old, outdoor decorations needed another of help . Employees were very nice !!

Issues with losing power briefly during our stay. Also the internet was less than reliable, completely losing internet connection twice (for extended periods) during our stay. The sites we were in were nice, until it rained, then ALL of the water from uphill came directly through our site.

Though everything we needed was ultimately there, the site is clearly aging. No access to lake, nearby marina isn't swimmer or kayak friendly. The recommended kayak rental place was far away and didn't feel safe. (Go to Pulaski to swim.) The rec room and laundry could use a refresh. Narrow driveways, too many steep hills, and difficulty walking the campground. Way too many flies and biting bugs.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Campground was very well maintained. Grandkids loved the pool and putt-putt golf. Will definitely visit again

Won't be back ever. Why? Here- One bath house - and it has a sign up asking you to use your RV instead(BS!!).. No riding bikes near the park, (and what are teens supposed to do?), pink string holding up tennis net (rigged), lights broken throughout, mini golf is outdated, they are dumping unknown chemical in the ground by the pool(water on a well), wire dumped, and the list continues. TRASHY!!!!!!

Office staff was very friendly, however the campgrounds themselves are very dated and in desperate need of updates and cleaning. There are a number of long term campers/rigs that are eye sores. The bath house/ bathrooms are scary. Cable has been split so many times that the signal is awful and often got worse as more people plugged in. If it wasn’t for the friendly staff, I’d rate it a 1!

From the moment we checked in, it felt very unwelcoming and as if we were unwanted. We have been road tripping for years staying at many KOA Campgrounds and this was by far the worst in regards to customer service.

Stayed for a long holiday weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful, the grounds where clean and the lots are level where we stayed. It is an older camp ground so have to take that into consideration with the shape of the putt golf course and grounds. They do have wifi but most of the weekend I am sure was just overloaded keep getting kicked off. But who goes camping for the wifi!!

Only campground I stayed at where water is not on same side as sewage and electricity. This caused huge problems for me and my family. Camp store is subpar. No activities for Fourth of July.

John was so nice to put us up for the night. We had 3 more hours to drive to the intended campground and were so tired to drive on. John was so nice to put us up for the night and helped us so much with map directions to our other campsite. Quiet and clean. Nice walking paths for dog walking and a pretty view of the lake. Thank you John for accommodating us.

We love this campground! Owners are friendly and fair to all guests. Quiet and set back away from noises. Our kids love the open play areas. A big plus is the annual bluegrass festival In August. As an older campground, there are improvements that the owners are making annually. Know that there are narrower roads, but the A loop (I think) for overnights are open and all have concrete pads for outdoor living. We use grocery delivery bc Kroger is about 20 minutes away. Dollar General is also about 10 minutes away and there is some good local country kitchen food. If you boat/fish, this is the perfect location and one of the only campgrounds close to a marina. Two launches within approximately 1.5 miles! We've recommended this to so many people, and not a one has been disappointed. Some have brought campers, others have stayed in cabins. Highly recommend!

My wife and I wanted to quick weekend get away to unwind. 5 Stars for the staff, the campground, and location. I was very impressed by how helpful and responsive the office staff was to any question or issue my wife or I had. Outstanding customer service.! The RV site was clean, level, and shaded. The bathrooms and office area was very clean and organized. Would highly recommend this location for any camper, RV, Trailer, or tent! Make sure to find the "Rock House", it is hard to find, but worth the effort. If you need to grab breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the Wells store has the best hamburgers and chicken wings. Highly recommend.
