The campground was clean. We had a friendly greeting when we arrived and the checkin process was easy, followed by a guide to our camp site. We were in some pull thru sites that were quiet, and somewhat secluded. Everything worked as its supposed to. The only negative is the campground has a very worn, outdated appearance to it.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Campground was clean and well kept. Our site was level with nice patio, furniture, fire pit and charcoal grill. Pool was lovely

Workers went above and beyond to make our stay the best we had a patio pull through Rv spot it was very nice and workers checked up on us quite often making sure everything was good and that we didn’t need anything very awesome and very nice people!

It rained right after we got there and it was a mud hole next to where we had to hook everything up. So after 1 night we left.Nice park but for the price it was not worth it.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice. The staff was great. The only downfall was the flies. It was hard to eat outside as they were terrible.

The staff was friendly and helpful but the sites were not very level and the cable was sketchy at best. The signal was so weak we would lose reception about every 3-5 minutes. The recreation building was not air conditioned and was extremely hot. This is an older park that needs some updating. There appeared to be a lot of permanent residents.

Park was quiet and nice site. Couldn't make bogen into assigned pullthru site which they said was because I booked on line and should have called. I've never had this problem before and did indicate the size of rig in notes. Upon going into electric, no power. That said. The park quickly figured the problem and were accommodating to get us in a spot. Seems to be a lot of permanent rvs i

The plus is the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I had to cut my trip short since I telework and rely on thes internet to do my job. Internet was horrible and there was absolutely now cell service. Doggie park was small and far away without water for the dogs. Bathrooms weren't the cleanest.

We are sorry your camping experience did not met your expectations. Unfortunately lightening had knocked out one of our two WiFi transponders. ATT doesn't pay to use the cell tower 1/4 mile from our campground so there there is very little phone service for their customers..

Great campground. The two men Mike and Josh, that lead us to our site were excellent, they couldn't do enough for us and came back and made sure everything was OK. Again they assisted us another day with the laundry facilities. They gave us good information on where to kayak and tips on where to put in and parking. We would highly recommend this campground and all the staff were terrific.

Ck in great, staff are great! We were visiting family at the Alligator II Marina & the location was perfect. Road into campground needs to be repaired (several big dips in the paving). Campground not at fault, but no ATT phone service. Had to drive to find service. WiFi in campground down. They advised lightning had struck & not been repaired. I would stay again. Really need WiFi working.

The campground itself has some nice amentities like the pool and rev room. Mini golf is a bit old. Our site was in a big field area due to our size (38 ft), no trees for shade. The lower area did have a lot of shade. The staff was super nice and helpful, we had to leave early and they were very accommodating to us.

Great facilities and there was only one issue with the water shutting off once during my trip but was resolved quickly. Great place to pull in and get some rest. Kids loved the pool.

We did have a water leak which happens every once in a while which necessitates shutting off the water to fix the leak. We are glad it was resolved quickly.

We are returning customers with our friends. We always have a nice time at Russell Springs KOA. The staff are very nice and helpful. The pool is super nice and refreshing. Great overall campground!

APPARENTLY IT'S RUN BY A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER THAT WON'T RE-INVEST IN HIS/HER BUSINESS. TIME STOOD STILL AND I THOUGHT IT WAS 1970 AND STILL RUN DOWN. KOA YOU NEED TO HAVE MORE UNIFORM STANDARDS FOR YOUR PARKS! I OWN A SMALL BUSINESS AND I VERY RARELY LEAVE A REVIEW THIS BAD, BECAUSE I KNOW HOW HARD IT IS RUNNING A BUSINESS! TELL THEM TO FIX IT UP OR SELL!

People were nice and helpful. The grounds need care and updating, very run down. The laundry room is a shed with 3 washers and 2 driers, one of the driers was out of order.

Our site was perfect, level with full hook ups! We did have raccoons get into trash. Lots for kids to do. Main bathrooms were clean, the secondary bathroom flooded when toilet was flushed.

Staff is sooo friendly and helpful. very accommodating to our needs. the campground is also very nice with lots of wooded sites and the bathrooms are very clean which is so important to us. this was our second time staying at this campground and we love it; we have no desire to stay anywhere else when visiting cumberland.

Our family has met for Father's Day Weekend for several years at Russell Springs KOA, the park is always clean, and up kept. The staff are friendly and helpful. On this past weekend, we had a family emergency, that lead to us having to pull out early. The staff were quite helpful and accommodating to our needs. The other members of our party continued through the weekend, and had a wonderful time.

We have stayed three times in less than a year and it has become apparent that there are only about 8 or 10 sites available to over night travel trailers. Of those site 4 are located within 6 feet of one another allowing for no privacy.

Thank you for your input. For maximum selection of the larger pull through sites on the lower A section, reserve early as we do fill up quickly especially during the heart of the camping season.

We had a very quiet site which was fairly level and away from the main camp. The employees we met were all friendly and welcoming. The Lake Cumberland Marina is only a mile down the road and is in the process of being remodeled with a nice ships store and restaurant. We would stay here again if in the area.

No cell phone service or internet unless thru their WiFi at our site. Had to take a splitter off an empty campsite to get the cable working. Never could get both TVs working on cable though. Quiet spot though

Thanks you for your feedback. The cell provider AT and T does not pay to bounce signals off the cell tower 1/4 mile from our facility and therefore AT and T service is spotty.

We stayed for a month at the Russell Springs KOA, The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. We were there before the busy summer season and they were getting everything in shape for the summer crowd. The pool is very nice, recently renovated.

It was very comfortable the only issue was the cable. It was very sporadic.

Our cable is state of the art digital cable signal provided by the area cable provider. We offer over 50 channels.

We love this campground! Owners are friendly and fair to all guests. Quiet and set back away from noises. Our kids love the open play areas. A big plus is the annual bluegrass festival In August. As an older campground, there are improvements that the owners are making annually. Know that there are narrower roads, but the A loop (I think) for overnights are open and all have concrete pads for outdoor living. We use grocery delivery bc Kroger is about 20 minutes away. Dollar General is also about 10 minutes away and there is some good local country kitchen food. If you boat/fish, this is the perfect location and one of the only campgrounds close to a marina. Two launches within approximately 1.5 miles! We've recommended this to so many people, and not a one has been disappointed. Some have brought campers, others have stayed in cabins. Highly recommend!

My wife and I wanted to quick weekend get away to unwind. 5 Stars for the staff, the campground, and location. I was very impressed by how helpful and responsive the office staff was to any question or issue my wife or I had. Outstanding customer service.! The RV site was clean, level, and shaded. The bathrooms and office area was very clean and organized. Would highly recommend this location for any camper, RV, Trailer, or tent! Make sure to find the "Rock House", it is hard to find, but worth the effort. If you need to grab breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the Wells store has the best hamburgers and chicken wings. Highly recommend.
