Great place for families! Our kids enjoyed the jumpy pillow, the playground and the pool. Our cabin was clean and just what we needed for a few days away. Proximity to Santa Cruz & Capitola was great. We will be back!

We love your location! We always stay in airstream 4 and was sad to see there was no canopy. Also our friends were in airstream 3 and the stove and outdoor grill weren’t working well. They had to cook all their food in our airstream and on our grill. That’s the only reason I would give you 4 stars. Other than that, our experience is always great and kids love the activities! We will be back!

Pretty sure the info about the popular cabin said it had direct access to the beach (they do not) and the nearest toilets were ooo Also there was a skunk on site that skunked us! We had a nice stay though and will return

I went to shower in the showers near my campsite 207. They are coed showers. I thought nothing of it at first. While I was showering some young men maybe three of them ages 18-23 came into the showers talking about very inappropriate things-jacking off in the showers. They banged on my shower door and as a woman in there alone I felt afraid. This should change before someone gets assaulted or hurt

We had an excellent stay, except for the sewer smell in our cabin, it went away once and then came back! We may come and stay again but we will hopefully get another space!

We love this KOA! This was our second stay at this location. Really family friendly and centered around kids. We were a bit disappointed with the general store staff this trip. I, both my sisters, and our neighbors both brought up the fact that the staff at the store were inattentive, not helpful, and unfriendly. Besides that aspect, we love this place and will definitely be back.

The cabin was very nice but it smelled terrible we think from the previous family there. Smelled like fried food or fish. No cooking stove so they must have brought an electric skillet. We called after hours as the smell was terrible. A night manager came and smelled it and gave us a air spray that smelled much better. Had to get up during the night hourly to spray again. We appreciated it lots.

We would choose a different cabin next time, this one had too many unnecessary stairs inside, bed was too firm. The campground itself was wonderful, we really enjoyed staying there!

Cabins are nice, clean and cozy. Bathrooms well kept clean. People were great. Nice small community. We had fun. Will be back soon.

Overall very nice stay, lots of activities for kids to do although they were not all open every day. Very clean & well kept campground. Very cute & clean cabin with a couple issues. Sporadic hot water, only sometimes worked. Heater was also sporadic. Overall it kept it warm enough but in mornings when it was chilly the heater was blowing only cool air & was noisy like it was sucking up sand.

It nice location and the place has good amenities. Insider tip use the Toilets near the office they are cleanest and well kept. Showers and toilets at #1 location in maintenance. Temporary showers and toilets that were put in place were nice but were out of supplies most of the time. By the second everything was overflowing with stinky water that made them unusable.

Great area and huge campground. The bathroom near our rustic Cabin was under renovation. Sadly, the shower required you to hold the water handle to keep water flow going. Hot water was great, but affected a lot by use in the other bathrooms, using toilet or wash basin. The last day the showers were backed up with urine waste due to lack of draining. Unusable at that point.

Deluxe cabin had mold in the shower. I know mold is very hard to clean and the space is very small. But to have a deluxe experience there should not be mold in the shower. The wall heater did little to take the chill off the cabin in the morning. The small pot was missing but the lid was there. I could’ve used the small pot. So not an actual deluxe experience.

Terrible cleaning service!! My Airstream had cobwebs in the curtains, broken glass in the window track, no curtains on the little windows in the kitchen.. I had to put a pillow up so nobody could see in, I could hang my clothes up because there were containers for the housekeeping people to use. Never would recommended this KOA!!

We LOVE this KOA and have been many many times and will be back. However, this trip our cabin was extremely dirty. The floors were very dirty and there were a lot of cobwebs inside and out. We were also surprised at how early the store closed in the evenings. The pool was great though and the facilities for our dog was great!

We rented two deluxe cabins. The staff was very kind to set us up next to each other. There was so much for our grandkids to do. We will definitely return.

I would have gave a 5 star rating however there was no bathroom open near our glamping cabin and there was undisclosed construction at the bathroom in front of our 2 cabins. They worked until 9:30 on the bathroom, banging and sawing and throwing things into the back of the truck. Woke up my 7 month old baby and definitely took way from the ambiance an enjoying the fire pit and morning coffee.

We stayed in one of your one room cabins. They are very comfortable, and I noticed they are now equipped with a built in wall heater. We bring a commode so the cabin has everything we really need. The showers were very close.

Everything was superb. Clean and everything you need. Only down size was needed more people in office always long line and should stay open longer. Not Kos fault but neighbors were loud and messy left stuff all over street couldn't even drive down

The cabin was great. Had everything we needed to enjoy the evening after a long day of playing. We have stayed at other KOA locations in the past and the Santa Cruz location was our favorite. Hope to get the chance to schedule a trip back soon.

Absolutely beautiful! I had a wonderful time :) However, the heater in my room (Deluxe Cabin 1981, I think?) didn't work as strong. Also, the door was very hard to lock (so my door was unlocked the whole time). Other than those 2 issues, I loved this KOA spot!

Amazing!!! My kids absolutely loved it! The pool, the night movie, the bike trails,and the beautiful playground!!! Also close to Santa Cruz Boardwalk! We will be back in July!!!

We love this place. I've spent time at many Koa over the years and they are all clean, fun for the kids and so close to Monterey pier and Santa cruz boardwalk. Over the years I've stayed here 5 or 6 times. The only drawback is the price it is very spendy. We pay half the fee at the booking and we save for the rest. Never had any problems with the camp sites or the management I have given it 4 stars, not 5 stars because of the price of the lodging. My favorite Koa is Manchester Beach.
