2 nights in campsite. Clean facilities but no hot water in shower by pool. Otherwise, great pace and friendly staff!

We had a great time! We enjoyed all the fun family activities! We rented banana bikes, jumped on the big pillow, played bocce ball, did a scavenger hunt, and played on the playground. The facilities were all nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this koa campground!

already recommended to a couple people, the mobile shower unit wasn't great, water was not very hot. I have been to this property alot for work travel, one or two nites during the week, it used to be about 75 bucks, now it's like 100 bucks which for me being there only about 10 hours is pretty steep. I'd be there more often at 75 bucks a nite.

I loved the isolation from the neighborhood and traffic. Missed the s'mores but enjoyed the movie night. I stayed in a tent, site was great. The cabins looked very attractive. I might try one of them in the near future. Although I was alone I loved how accommodating things were for families. They seemed to be having a blast.

Pretty place. Lots of fun things to do in the campground and around the area. Very expensive! Some employees very helpful and accommodating, others not so much! Don’t appreciate the new ownership changing the reservation system which essentially is ruining the super fun Halloween festivities that have been happening for many years. We won’t be back. Thank you

My family was there last weekend for the Halloween event. We had a great time but it wasn’t as big as years past. The bathrooms were constantly dirty with toilet paper all over the floor. The main thing we were disappointed with was the new reservation system. We can no longer book the Halloween weekend for the next year. So many familiar faces didn’t get in for the next year and that is sad.

Brochure says bark on ground at tent sites, there was only powdery dirt. Imagine the mess in rain! The airstream would have had a beautiful view, if only one could see through the filthy windows! The young staff drove their golf carts constantly, way too fast, making too much noise. Also housecleaning used baby changing area as a shelf for chemicals and dirty rags, I couldn't believe it!

Very noisy late in the evening on our first night in the tent area. The second night was a little quieter. The quiet time emails went out but I'm sure the youth didn't get the message. Tha facilities were clean and the staff were very great! The tent sight was rather expensive, and because of that I will choose another KOA campsite nearby.

We had a great time, however, I was overcharged by $20 on my reservation, which the Staff were not able to help with because a manager was not available. My family's Cabin also had a broken bed, which was disappointing since they upgraded from a tent site to a cabin at the last minute for comfort reasons. I hope for these prices, KOA will do better to accommodate and take care of their customers.

we rented a ten site and to my opinion this tent sites are too close to each other, This property is really nice but the tent sites could be little more spaced . All and all we had a great time.

Great location for exploring the area of Monterey peninsula and Santa Cruz. Spacious camping site, and everyone is friendly. Bathrooms and showers were clean, but they do need trash cans in the bathrooms.

The Women’s toilets were constantly broken (only 1 of 4 toilets was working)! There was various dog poop in our camp site upon arrival, our neighbors were watching horror movies on their outdoor movie screen and my text to your team went unanswered. We had 5 young kids with us and didn’t think it was appropriate people are allowed to watch those movies in a very condensed campgrounds full of k

Pool closed an hour early. Showers were closed. Toilets were overflowing but the restroom was NOT closed. And my family (two teenaged young adults) were told they couldn't have a fire in their fire pit even though other campers had fires!

We love this place. I've spent time at many Koa over the years and they are all clean, fun for the kids and so close to Monterey pier and Santa cruz boardwalk. Over the years I've stayed here 5 or 6 times. The only drawback is the price it is very spendy. We pay half the fee at the booking and we save for the rest. Never had any problems with the camp sites or the management I have given it 4 stars, not 5 stars because of the price of the lodging. My favorite Koa is Manchester Beach.
