This was our transition from tent camping to trailer camping and first trip in the new trailer. Everyone was very helpful with all our questions.

We only stayed one night but love it. The place was clean and easy to get to our site. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We loved it so much we added an extra day in December when we come back.

We loved the Kamp K9 shower for our pup! The park was very well maintained and the staff were incredibly friendly.

Our stay was wonderful and very quiet at nite. It would be nice if the spaces were angled more to make it easier to get in your space. Lots of things to do especially for kids.

The campground was spacious and well-kept, especially the restrooms. The location was great and Manresa beach was so close and not crowded. I did experience one thing where i ordered and paid for 2 bundles of firewood to be delivered. At 4:30 it hadn’t been delivered. I asked the staff when it would come and she told me they were sold out. She couldn’t find my purchase invoice. I had to get my

My husband’s bike was almost stolen in the middle of the night. The management was unapologetic, blaming Covid for lack of security. We also found out the security phone # wasn’t even in use. Based on our experience at this KOA’s we will never stay at a KOA again (except Coastanoa - they have additional security).

The park is close to home and a great spot for the beach. I would really love it if there were more bushes between trailer sites. It is not enjoyable to be sitting outside and looking at the utilities/dump hoses of my neighbors. Otherewise all is great.

It was a great stay great people working there ,we rented two cabins and our cabin#82 the hot water didn't work most of the time, couldn't take showers for three people.

Great place! Lots of fun activities to do on camp grounds. If you forgot something, the KOA store have EVERYTHIGN and more! Clean bathrooms and hot showers. Amazing scenic location with two beaches under 10 minutes drive each. Friendly staff. It's out 5th time there and not the last. Kids can't wait to go back.

Everything was spectacular. I love the playground area that you have for children and all the activities they had .the campsites were spacious and all of the employees are very helpful would love to come and stay again.

We stayed in one of the Cabins and had a situation in the unit. I spoke to Fred and he came right over to understand what was going on. Fred did not mess around, he immediately resolved the problem and instead of us going home after one night, he made sure we had a great weekend, able to still stay in the park. He is a valuable resource to have at the KOA!Thank you Fred for putting customer first!

Sites are way to close together - there’s absolutely no privacy and you can hear everything your neighbor does. This campground looks fun for families and kids but not for a couple looking to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the outdoors.

The room needed some love. We have stayed hear many a time and several times in 236. Cobwebs and spiders we have never had before and the floors were dirty after we spilled some water and used a towel to lick it up- the towel was brown from the floor. Had to wear shoes the rest of our trip inside- the younger check in staff need a lesson or 2 from the older staff- like smile and welcome the guests

What a great KOA! It was our first time staying at this location. The price on the pull through was a bit high but we didn’t want to unhook so it felt worth the cost. These spots have a nice table & 4 chairs, fire pit with a bench, and gas grill. Lots to do at the campground and close to many other great places to visit. We will be back.

Airstream we stayed in was poorly maintained. Pots practically unusable the handles were coming off. Fire came out of the water heater pilot every time it sparked. Shower wouldnt close so we didnt have enough towels. Outside of it (mainly the windows matter) was filthy(and yes I know we are camping). Screens ripped not all windows opened properly. Electrical outlets kept popping fuses. Op mgr rude

we rented a ten site and to my opinion this tent sites are too close to each other, This property is really nice but the tent sites could be little more spaced . All and all we had a great time.

Deluxe cabins are not all that nice for the price. It’s the location you pay for. Also being next to the pet relief area is disgusting I will not stay near there again

Very nice and quiet during the weekday.. the weekends are much busier and of course louder. I stayed in a Rustic Cabin and was disappointed there wasn't a refrigerator or microwave. otherwise a very pleasant stay.

We love it there. It was uncomfortable seeing guests in the general store with no mask on and no one enforcing it. A couple came in to buy ice cream and other goods and no mask at all.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Staff was helpful and answered questions easily Bathrooms and showers were immaculate The wood for fire was dry and the fire starter worked well Store was well stocked and had ingredients for smores!! The site was very easy for us to place a 28 foot trailer which was very welcome after driving 5 hours We definitely return!!

This was our 4th trip in our TT, First time at a KzoA. The place was very peaceful and so many options for sites. I will return and reserve one of the dog sights, really likes those. Check in was simple and easy. I am sure summer time get a little busier with kiddos and family though.

We love this place. I've spent time at many Koa over the years and they are all clean, fun for the kids and so close to Monterey pier and Santa cruz boardwalk. Over the years I've stayed here 5 or 6 times. The only drawback is the price it is very spendy. We pay half the fee at the booking and we save for the rest. Never had any problems with the camp sites or the management I have given it 4 stars, not 5 stars because of the price of the lodging. My favorite Koa is Manchester Beach.
