The Women’s toilets were constantly broken (only 1 of 4 toilets was working)! There was various dog poop in our camp site upon arrival, our neighbors were watching horror movies on their outdoor movie screen and my text to your team went unanswered. We had 5 young kids with us and didn’t think it was appropriate people are allowed to watch those movies in a very condensed campgrounds full of k

First of all let me start with how clean the sites are. There are employees going up and down keeping everything very well maintained. If you have kids, there is a lot of activities to tire them out. I would definitely recommend.

I can’t believe you allow wood fires! The smoke was terrible. Our next door neighbors boy kept putting things from the ground on their fire pit which caused so much smoke. He even had a partially burned log on the ground poking it with a stick. So dangerous. I realize you make money selling lots of firewood but it is not safe at this time! Sell propane instead. Office staff BAD!

Customer service was not friendly. When I checked in, the staff told me and write down the store hours that closes at 9pm. When I showed up the store at 8pm, it was closed. The staff opened the door & said it was closed.The sign outside the door said 9pm. I told her I just need to get icecream for the kids. She slammed the door at me. I called the afterhour number, he said nothing he could do

I stayed at an RV site. The staff did not enforce the rules. It was extremely noisy well past quiet hours, kids were riding bikes in the middle of the street after dark, packs of 10 or more kids woke up at or before 7am screaming and loud in unattended groups roaming through camp sites. I have also stayed at the Costanoa KOA. That location had better atmosphere for less money.

Our stay was pleasant as usual and we enjoyed the events of the weekend. We were in cabin 154 and really liked the location (although a noisy area) we liked the BBQ pit and fire pit location on the side of the cabin. The cabin however was dirty. The floors were unkept, their were spiderwebs inside and out by the swing, the floor of the entrance had soda spills. It had not been cleaned.

Everything was awesome! Just one major thing, the bed in our cabin 81 was so lumpy and uncomfortable my husband and I couldn't get an ok night of sleep. Please update them or something. They need an upgrade/replacement.Otherwise it was good.

Very pleasant stay. The Lodge is very well equipped with everything one can imagine...from kitchen towel to BBQ set to wine glasses, you name it. Clean and tidy. The only thing not very thoughtful is the wall sconce inside the main bedroom; it's mounted way too low and the fixture itself is too deep. I bumped my head a couple times.

We love the campground and the campsite and all the amenities. You could up your game on your customer service at the store in the registration. The girl in the store was not as friendly as she could’ve been

Probably our best RV stay yet, noting we have only been rv’ers for 1 year. We did a mid week post Labor Day stay, 3 nights. Quiet nights, no crowd at all, very well groomed area, trash pickup each morning, clean public bathroom the one time we used it, dog runs were clean and well groomed and nice grass area, WiFi was good enough to stream netflix(probably due to less the 1/2 full campground).

Got to cabin in a row of 15 that were empty. Asked to move to one closer the bathroom. Huge ordeal. Got moved however it was to one with a fire pit. Got charged extra and said NO refunds. Too much to write with only 400 characters. Worst part, at the end when checking out early was told they shouldnt have moved me as it was after 4pm. IT WAS 4:12 when I asked to move! Check in is at 4pm. Horrible!

You should have a warning about the roads getting to the KOA. If it’s not the horrible pot holed bumpy roads it's the untrimmed trees that will ruin an RV. Worse roads we’ve been on. It’s too bad because the campground is fantastic but not worth breaking latches, cabinet’s and roof scratches on our new motorhome.

Overpriced for being in a very cramped back in space that was barely large enough to accommodate my 30 ft motorhome. Showers we also very small for a normal 6 foot 185lb male…close to $90 for something that was worth $50 in my opinion…

Pool closed an hour early. Showers were closed. Toilets were overflowing but the restroom was NOT closed. And my family (two teenaged young adults) were told they couldn't have a fire in their fire pit even though other campers had fires!

I was evacuated from my home in South Lake Tahoe. Not knowing where I was going I found this place. They took me, my husband and our 2 dogs last minute on a holiday weekend. I was comfortable and everyone was very nice. I will definitely come back to this place. There’s so much to do here that I didn’t get to see yet.

Your staff rented out my site for next year before I had a chance to renew it. We have always been able to come down to the office on the last day and renew for the next year. Also, some staff very inconsiderate, we were about to pull out, waiting on a bathroom run and they were saying we had to leave or you would be charging us a late fee. no one was coming in, it was 11:30, we were leaving.

This is our 3rd year staying in this campground for the holiday weekend. The customer experience we encountered was horrible! Everyone we had conversations with about issues we were having were very rude and not helpful. This will probably be our last holiday weekend stay at this campground.

We have stayed at this KOA several times. There’s always so much for the kids to do. The weather is always perfect. However, I wish when they send out the reminder of quit time. That they would also remind to lock up personal things. We had our 2 bikes stolen in July and over Labor Day weekend I heard others did complaint that there’s were stolen as well.

Would stay here again! Love how certain spots has their own dog park. And some have their own deck to hang out on. Perfect place if you have little kids.

Worst manager ever! The shower was a small dribble out of a shower head that was laying against the wall. I picked fresh lemons at my Aunts and your refrigerator froze everything I had in it.When I spoke to the manager he stated people change the settings of the frig. Like it was my responsibility to check it upon. Even if I knew what setting to put them on.. not my responsibility

The campground is clean. There is lots for kids to do and this campground is very family oriented. Our cabin was well equipped but some outlets didn’t work. My complaint is the hot tub. It is a big hot tub but the kids took it over with floaties and pool toys. Kids were under the age 14 and unsupervised. Most adults could not use it and those who tried ended up leaving.

We enjoyed the KOA. But our Airstream was less then impressive. The fridge had a bad odor and was leaking all over our food. The space was not very clean and the whole trailer had a very musty smell. Most of the window knobs were broken along with the lock on the inside screen door. The stove had food stains on it along with the cover being broken. For the price we paid we were very dissapointed.

First time here and will definitely be back. Lots to do on site with various activities and also convenient 10 mile drive to boardwalk. Would love to see this place do some sort of social for the adults too once this whole pandemic is over.

We had an amazing time. People were very respectful about being quiet after 9 PM. I would go again. The only hiccup was check out. We usually stay at the Cloverdale KOA. As long as you pack out on time, you still have full use of the campground. Not at this location. $50 fee for late cabin keys and absolutely no access to any campground amenities. Just a heads up.

understood that this KOA has gone through a management change. the staff team is still new and learning, we were in a deluxe cabin, cutting board, colander, mixing bowls/storage containers are supposed to be standard amendities. front desk staff seemed to be not aware or confused. would love to bring some evening music again, Fish Hook band was good

Best KOA experience yet. Facilities are well kept, and the staff was friendly. You can tell they take pride in the property. The pool is heated but was still a bit colder for the kids than desired so expected a crowded hot tub. Kids loved all of the amenities. We hope to come back again!

Had to leave early because skunk spray and dump station smell was so awful we couldn’t stay or last night. No one even asked why we were checking out early.

busy Labor Day Weekend and totally the campground was sold out. That said, our family was still able to enjoy the pool, jacuzzi, and enjoy the movie night without a ton of crowds. Guess people went to Manresa Beach nearby and that was fine with me! The place was well stocked for the weekend and the bathrooms were kept clean- in times of Covid where staffing is an issue, you wouldn't know it .

We love this place. I've spent time at many Koa over the years and they are all clean, fun for the kids and so close to Monterey pier and Santa cruz boardwalk. Over the years I've stayed here 5 or 6 times. The only drawback is the price it is very spendy. We pay half the fee at the booking and we save for the rest. Never had any problems with the camp sites or the management I have given it 4 stars, not 5 stars because of the price of the lodging. My favorite Koa is Manchester Beach.
