Our site was very tight to get in and out of with a huge tree. We are not a family so it would have been better if we were not put right next to the bounce pillow area. It would have been perfect if we are a family with children.

Was let down with the location of cabin(right on road) and when it's checkout time you better be ready to get out...they made us feel like criminals for overstaying a few minutes...left a bad taste in my mouth

already recommended to a couple people, the mobile shower unit wasn't great, water was not very hot. I have been to this property alot for work travel, one or two nites during the week, it used to be about 75 bucks, now it's like 100 bucks which for me being there only about 10 hours is pretty steep. I'd be there more often at 75 bucks a nite.

Or girls loved the equipment on the playground, especially the stuff that is not available at most playgrounds.We were also very impressed with the cleanliness of the campground.

We were awoken at 4:30 am to a stranger eating our food and sitting in our cabin. Lodge 183. The only offer of help was to change the lock. Wife and son struggled to sleep the rest of our stay.

We love our deluxe cabin w/ loft! We have everything we needed included in the cabin. It was so convenient! Our cabin was clean. This is how we like to camp or should I say glamping :). The staff were friendly and helpful! Thank you for a great experience!

Great KOA! We had a back-in deck site and we could not be more pleased. Lovely views. Sweet KOA staff. 2 playgrounds and there are back-in sites to them which is so convenient for travelers with children. A very nice pool that is surrounded by picnic tables and BBQs. Large dog park. Convenient to Santa Cruz and Monterey. Very close to Sunrise and Manresa beaches. Highly recommended!

Everything was almost perfect! We stayed in Airstream 5 and the nostalgic feeling was certainly there. I feel since it’s an older trailer certain things could have been fixed or even upgraded. The metal screen door had a big hole where my baby cut her hand, we had to lay a towel over it after that. Other than that, they were very attentive to every other need and we will definitely be back.

The park was great. The kids had an awesome time. So many amenities and the beach is a short drive. Would be nice if there was a walking trail but not something they can change, I didn’t rate lower because of that. However, just a warning, it’s loud! At all hours. They don’t shut down the playground at dusk. Or really noise hours at 10. They don’t ask people to back in, back in sites.

The entry off San Andreas is full of pot holes, railroad tracks are even worse. Unsupervised kids doing whatever they want, parents have no camping etiquette. Security needs to get out of golf carts and walk to hear and see issues, then enforce the rules. Stop using a blower and sweep or rake sites. Site 194 needs tree and root removal. Don’t think we’ll return any time soon.

Check-in was quick and the staff was very nice and helpful. The cabin we rented was just perfect for us (deluxe cabin with bathroom). It is within walking distance to Manresa Beach (very nice beach). All in all, a nice family weekend cacation!

The manager came over and was very helpful and nice. We complained since people were smoking weed around us. He was kind and looked into it for us.

One of the nicest KOA parks we have stayed at. On initial check in (Site 185) we had to change sites due to an electrical outlet that our monitor flagged with reverse polarity. Other than that it was a great stay. Maybe the best campground for kids I have ever been to. Too bad my kids are in their 30's. Thanks for everything.

We had a very nice time overall. The site was very clean.The grandkids had a blast at the pool, playground structure and the bounce bubble. The only negative comment: I was down with my grandson and small dog at the horseshoe pit and people showed up with dogs (one a very large great dane) all off leash. That kept trying to run at our dog so I decided to stop our fun with horseshoes. Leash law???

The park was nice! I got a nature preserve spot which was okay, but my neighbors seemed like they were living there and had crap everywhere. I would definitely go back, just pick a different spot.

By far the best RV park we have stayed in so far. Super clean! Lots of fun things to do nearby. We checked out Sunset Breach, Forest of Nisene Marks and Natural Bridges State Beach. We will be back.

This resort is very well-maintained and extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful (except for the grouchy old guy kicking everyone out of the pool) Less than 20 minutes from the boardwalk. My kids had a great time. Bike and onewheel friendly.

We were here for 3 months for job / long term. Thank you Alec & Cindy for �hard work & friendliness through our stay. Only disappointment/concern was we were told we prior to coming we could have our mail forwarded for us to pick up at the office. But once here we’re told it’s preferred for us to rent a mailbox in town.Without telling us someone put return to sender on most of our mail!!! Y

Unfortunately they said i could stay monthly, but during Christmas/New Years time. They called me and said I had to move my trailer because they were full. I drove from Las Vegas to KOA , 9 hours, 4 times non stop for 36 hours total. Just to pick up my trailer and then when I showed up, the trailer park was empty. So I don't understand why they said I had to move. $500 for 3 days. Total $2,300

We’ve been coming here since the 90s. Love this place. We’ve seen it go through lots of changes over the years. Always a great time! Staying in an Airstream has been on my bucket list for YEARS. Loved it! Staff is always cheerful and helpful.

Our stay was wonderful we really enjoyed ourselves. The only discomfort that we had was an experience with our neighbors dog who was not on a leash and would come over to our campgrounds to visit us. The dog was very tame but it just was uncomfortable.

Airstream was not as comfortable as I thought it was. Airstream was clearly dated, and had seen better days.

We chose Santa Cruz/Monterey KOA as our first destination to break in our new camper. We were pleasantly impressed with the staff's cheerful attitude and assistance. Ability to purchase items and charge to the site was a plus, didn't have to carry money. Overall a great experience.

We love this place. I've spent time at many Koa over the years and they are all clean, fun for the kids and so close to Monterey pier and Santa cruz boardwalk. Over the years I've stayed here 5 or 6 times. The only drawback is the price it is very spendy. We pay half the fee at the booking and we save for the rest. Never had any problems with the camp sites or the management I have given it 4 stars, not 5 stars because of the price of the lodging. My favorite Koa is Manchester Beach.
