I would have given a higher score but unfortunately while we were asleep he heard a crackle then took a hard hit to the floor. The bed broke. I called to let the front desk know was told they’d have to get with a manager. Then went to check out 2 hrs later & still no manager available & they’d call. We had an amazing time. This campground is so great for families with kids! We loved the playground and the jump pad. The staff was responsive and great. We’ll be back!

My family had a blast! Our first time, and we are definitely coming back. The staff was the best by far! So friendly and extremely helpful. My favorite was the texting service! I had a hard time finding the specific details to our booking, so when I got the text option for questions, I was very glad! Thanks for an awesome vacay!

When checking in I had two ladies helping me.One very good and one kinda rude.One was younger tall and thin( the let's say the one who may need some customer service classes) and the other who was fantastic.Other campers said they had similar experiences and that's just her. Other than that we had a blast

The cabin was cozy and the amenities were great. The kids had a blast in the hot tub, bouncing on the giant pillow and playing bocci ball. We were only there for the weekend but we would have enjoyed staying longer.

Cabins not the cleanest. Noise level out of control at midnight. Neighboring cabins drunk, loud, yelling and no security enforcing quiet time. Called security and they barely acknowledged the problem. This took place for two nights. When you pay $200/night for a cabin with no bathroom, it's a problem. I was alone with my three kids. We could not sleep. This is unacceptable. Won't be back.

Always great for kids and convenience. The power went out and the fact that we had two people in CPAP machines made life a little hard but that isn’t really a KOA controllable issue. Wish that all the deluxe cabins had the same supplies, but I am now learning what things I still need to bring! Wish there had been extra trash bags left in cabin for longer stay (realized AFTER store had closed).

bummed check in time was at 4pm( too late). stayed here several times and enjoying the pool while waiting for the airstream and this time the decided to act like they were doing me a favor but letting us in the pool area which was poor customer service. hot tub closes at 6 such a bummer after the hundreds u spend to stay here

We had such a great time staying amin our first airstream! Loved that there was so much to do onsite. We didn't end up even leaving the site! Staff was super helpful and kind. We will be back!

Nice campground, clean bathrooms. Quiet at night. Note: Cabin heater is not effective when temperature dips below freezing. Even wearing layers, it was hard to sleep.

We had a great time in our deluxe cabin. Our 10 year-old stayed in the loft, but next time prefers the couch. The mats are not super comfortable but it made a fun "clubhouse" for her and her friends. I appreciate the amenities - esp the linens and toaster! I wish they'd provide regular coffeemakers so we can use our own coffee. The Keurig is like brown water. We will come again!

We started with 1 night and ended up with 3! This turned into such a fabulous vacation for our family. The kids had a blast with all of the activities and heated pool. We enjoyed the deluxe cabin amenities and colorful camp fire conversations. We will definitely be going back!

Everything was perfect, except the sofa bed... I hope that it will be replaced when we will come back. It shouldn't be a sleeper place. The cabin, the pool, and the camping were very nice!

Way to many political signs displayed�Ϫ. Same people breaking rules extremely loud music and partying way after 10pm�Ϫ. A bright spot for us was a extremely helpful employee named Todd.

Was let down with the location of cabin(right on road) and when it's checkout time you better be ready to get out...they made us feel like criminals for overstaying a few minutes...left a bad taste in my mouth

We were awoken at 4:30 am to a stranger eating our food and sitting in our cabin. Lodge 183. The only offer of help was to change the lock. Wife and son struggled to sleep the rest of our stay.

We love our deluxe cabin w/ loft! We have everything we needed included in the cabin. It was so convenient! Our cabin was clean. This is how we like to camp or should I say glamping :). The staff were friendly and helpful! Thank you for a great experience!

Everything was almost perfect! We stayed in Airstream 5 and the nostalgic feeling was certainly there. I feel since it’s an older trailer certain things could have been fixed or even upgraded. The metal screen door had a big hole where my baby cut her hand, we had to lay a towel over it after that. Other than that, they were very attentive to every other need and we will definitely be back.

Check-in was quick and the staff was very nice and helpful. The cabin we rented was just perfect for us (deluxe cabin with bathroom). It is within walking distance to Manresa Beach (very nice beach). All in all, a nice family weekend cacation!

The Airstream rental was great except that we lost hot water in the evening. Shower water was lukewarm.

We’ve been coming here since the 90s. Love this place. We’ve seen it go through lots of changes over the years. Always a great time! Staying in an Airstream has been on my bucket list for YEARS. Loved it! Staff is always cheerful and helpful.

I stayed in the 4 person cabin. It was clean and warm. Everything I needed. The showers we do clean warm also. The bathrooms very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hot tub and pool fantastic. Highly recommend this place.

We love this place. I've spent time at many Koa over the years and they are all clean, fun for the kids and so close to Monterey pier and Santa cruz boardwalk. Over the years I've stayed here 5 or 6 times. The only drawback is the price it is very spendy. We pay half the fee at the booking and we save for the rest. Never had any problems with the camp sites or the management I have given it 4 stars, not 5 stars because of the price of the lodging. My favorite Koa is Manchester Beach.
