We came in late and found our envelope hanging at entrance which was easy but the numbering of the site was so small we barely found it and the size of the site was so close to the sites on each side I thought I was in their site and not my own. This KOA did not tell us our assigned site on our reservation. For the price paid we will not be returning here.

Wonderful spot kind and helpful employees, great for kids. Very noisy at night, guests did not respect 10:00 quiet time.

This KOA is close to our home , we stayed previously when evacuated from the CZU fire and we were treated so well by all the staff. This stay was for pleasure and it didn’t disappoint. The sites are large and clean and close to the beaches and again the staff are always friendly and accommodating.

We really liked the campground. Our space was constantly used by other patrons as a through way to the bathroom and kids riding up and down the hill right through our site. The people next to us decided to wake up at midnight and begin drinking talking loudly and have a great time until 4am. Despite the issues, we will definitely visit again. Hopefully in a different space.

Our spot was 4 sites away from our friends. The 2 sites next to us remained vacant the entire time we were there. It would be nice if you could let customers know when you have cancellations for the sites that were originally requested.

Although we were given a site further away from restrooms than we had requested the person assisting us was able to move us to a spot that met our needs perfectly! Very clean, nice and great accommodations. We enjoyed our stay!

Hubby and I stayed 2 nights. Was our first KOA experience and we loved it! Very clean and quiet. Friendly staff. We will definitely be back.

This was our transition from tent camping to trailer camping and first trip in the new trailer. Everyone was very helpful with all our questions.

We only stayed one night but love it. The place was clean and easy to get to our site. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We loved it so much we added an extra day in December when we come back.

We loved the Kamp K9 shower for our pup! The park was very well maintained and the staff were incredibly friendly.

Our stay was wonderful and very quiet at nite. It would be nice if the spaces were angled more to make it easier to get in your space. Lots of things to do especially for kids.

The campground was spacious and well-kept, especially the restrooms. The location was great and Manresa beach was so close and not crowded. I did experience one thing where i ordered and paid for 2 bundles of firewood to be delivered. At 4:30 it hadn’t been delivered. I asked the staff when it would come and she told me they were sold out. She couldn’t find my purchase invoice. I had to get my

My husband’s bike was almost stolen in the middle of the night. The management was unapologetic, blaming Covid for lack of security. We also found out the security phone # wasn’t even in use. Based on our experience at this KOA’s we will never stay at a KOA again (except Coastanoa - they have additional security).

The park is close to home and a great spot for the beach. I would really love it if there were more bushes between trailer sites. It is not enjoyable to be sitting outside and looking at the utilities/dump hoses of my neighbors. Otherewise all is great.

Everything was spectacular. I love the playground area that you have for children and all the activities they had .the campsites were spacious and all of the employees are very helpful would love to come and stay again.

Sites are way to close together - there’s absolutely no privacy and you can hear everything your neighbor does. This campground looks fun for families and kids but not for a couple looking to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the outdoors.

What a great KOA! It was our first time staying at this location. The price on the pull through was a bit high but we didn’t want to unhook so it felt worth the cost. These spots have a nice table & 4 chairs, fire pit with a bench, and gas grill. Lots to do at the campground and close to many other great places to visit. We will be back.

We love it there. It was uncomfortable seeing guests in the general store with no mask on and no one enforcing it. A couple came in to buy ice cream and other goods and no mask at all.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Staff was helpful and answered questions easily Bathrooms and showers were immaculate The wood for fire was dry and the fire starter worked well Store was well stocked and had ingredients for smores!! The site was very easy for us to place a 28 foot trailer which was very welcome after driving 5 hours We definitely return!!

This was our 4th trip in our TT, First time at a KzoA. The place was very peaceful and so many options for sites. I will return and reserve one of the dog sights, really likes those. Check in was simple and easy. I am sure summer time get a little busier with kiddos and family though.

Clean park & well stocked store. Daily trash pickup was nice. It would have been a better rating, but, when I called the store (easily 10-12 times) to ask if I could get firewood, I got an answer one time...I don't know if the person who said yes, thought the conversation was over, but she hung up. I had to stop a couple of maintenance guys if I could get firewood. They got me wood right away.

We loved all of the amenities this KOA had to offer. This is the perfect campground for kids. We loved the jumping pillow, the park, and the pool. I would love to stay here again sometime!

We love this place. I've spent time at many Koa over the years and they are all clean, fun for the kids and so close to Monterey pier and Santa cruz boardwalk. Over the years I've stayed here 5 or 6 times. The only drawback is the price it is very spendy. We pay half the fee at the booking and we save for the rest. Never had any problems with the camp sites or the management I have given it 4 stars, not 5 stars because of the price of the lodging. My favorite Koa is Manchester Beach.
