Everything was quiet and peaceful. The store on the other hand charged me $30 for a 12 pack of beer. Completely outrageous.

We love Santa Cruz KOA! The past two years, it's been our only destination, by choice. We love the park, it's central location with quik access to Santa Cruz or Monterey. We've had *non-camping* friends stay in the on-site Airstreams and they loved it! Already have our next trip booked!��

Terrible tight spot, site 198, mostly dirt with some scattered gravel and a small concrete patio that was in the way of leveling RV, truck had to be in road some. We did explain our rv to the person on the phone. Very expensive for this type of site, should be paved and roomy, IMO. The hot tub was nice when children weren't in it and the bathrooms were clean. Was very kid friendly, good for dogs.

It was our first time staying there. It won't be our last. It is family friendly. Very much so. If you have kids, this is the place to take them. The park is very well maintained and the staff is quite attentive. There is much to do there, and nearby. We enjoyed walking the old rail tracks to Manresa Beach.

The staff was very accommodating! We needed an emergency stay with you all and they made it happen! Very appreciated! Just wish we could have rented, borrowed an electrical cord for our trailer. But they tried:) Very quiet, very comfortable! Thanks!

Super clean with larger campsites. Lots of fun, well maintained things for kids to do (at least they all appeared to be having fun). Price was tough to swallow, however. Never paid that much for a campsite. I guess it just depends on how bad you need to be in Santa Cruz.

Really enjoyed the location and amenities. Found the price high for off season. I am sure completely worth it on peak but off season there weren’t many activities running. Very clean though and the playground and pool were awesome

Very nice park. Our space (63) was very large. The bathrooms were spotless and the showers were also clean with hot water and good pressure. We did not use the pool or spa. The only negative was that the spa closed at 6pm.

Overall good family park. Had a neighbor that was playing loud music until 1:45 am, tried to call the number they gave for things like this and only voice mail answered the phone. Finally had to go and tell them ourselves. Didn't like to have to do that.

Campground was excellent - very clean with lots of amenities. We had a pull through site with a private dog enclosure, and were impressed with everything else provided at our site. I especially appreciated the regular text messages with announcements and notifications,

Great place to stay. Staff friendly and accommodating. Women's bathroom could've been cleaned better. We stayed from the 23rd-26th and it was only cleaned on the 23rd-24th according to the cleaning log and smell.

Sites are clean and mostly roomy. Dog friendly is good but adherence to the rules concerning dog behavior is lacking. Unfortunately, the park needs to check on some dog owners to prevent constant barking when adults and kids walk by. My neighbor just didn’t care and let the dogs bark.

Some staff friendly (girl who drives the train was great, always said hi when walking by), other outdoor staff not so much. Grounds not as well taken care of as previously, weeds, etc.

Accommodations and parking are too tight with no privacy and too many barking dogs. People do not seem to respect the 10 o’clock quiet time

We had a great time. However, the staff left a LOT to be desired! They didn't care about noise complaints. The constant dog barking went unaddressed.

First time very disappointed , the facilities didn’t work after unpacking had to pack up and move to different spot. Then had to walk and get a new ticket, they could of brought it to us.

People were partying til late night with loud music blasting! Campers rode around golf carts blasting music. People riding their modified go kart racing up and down. Kids are roaming around campsites unsupervised after 10 pm playing on playgrounds and jumping pillow. Political flags everywhere! I will not go back again!

Site #74 has a distinct sewer odor. Political flags were allowed to be flown. Site and bathrooms were clean. Good for families with kids. Text messages about quiet hours after I'm already asleep were not appreciated.

We love this place. I've spent time at many Koa over the years and they are all clean, fun for the kids and so close to Monterey pier and Santa cruz boardwalk. Over the years I've stayed here 5 or 6 times. The only drawback is the price it is very spendy. We pay half the fee at the booking and we save for the rest. Never had any problems with the camp sites or the management I have given it 4 stars, not 5 stars because of the price of the lodging. My favorite Koa is Manchester Beach.
