Groups and Retreats at Steamboat Springs KOA Holiday

Planning a family reunion, scout outing, RV rally or group getaway in the Rockies? Steamboat Springs KOA Holiday is your riverfront base along the Yampa, just minutes from downtown with a free shuttle that picks up right at the campground so your group can explore shops, galleries and restaurants without the hassle of parking. With mountain views, fresh air and easy access to year-round adventure, it’s a natural place to gather and make memories.

We welcome all kinds of gatherings—RV clubs, scout troops, family celebrations, ski groups and church retreats. With a covered pavilion for shared meals and activities, a variety of camping and lodging options, and plenty to do both on-site and nearby, your group will have everything needed to relax and explore together.

Groups can stay close and comfortable with a mix of lodging and camping choices. Pull-thru and back-in RV Sites offer full hookups with 30- or 50-amp service, and some include KOA Patio® setups with grills and fire pits. Deluxe Cabins provide full kitchens and bathrooms, while Camping Cabins along the river deliver a rustic, cozy experience. Tent campers can set up under the trees with or without hookups. For ski-season adventurers, long-term winter sites are available October through May.

Things to Do with Your Group
Your group will find plenty of ways to make memories in Steamboat Springs, from mountain adventures to on-site fun right at camp

  • Explore Steamboat – Ride the free shuttle into downtown Steamboat Springs for dining, shopping, or a visit to Strawberry Park Hot Springs. In winter, ski or snowboard at Steamboat Resort and enjoy après-ski evenings back by the fire.
