Whether you're heading south for the winter, planning a hunting trip, working in the area, or simply looking for a longer getaway, we have a spot for you. Our extended stay options are designed to give you a comfortable, convenient place to settle in and enjoy everything Yankton, South Dakota has to offer.Extended stay sites are available April through November, with flexible monthly and seasonal options to fit your needs.

We offer a variety of RV sites to accommodate both short-term and long-term guests. Choose from pull-through or back-in sites, all designed with space and ease of access in mind.Each site includes:

  • Full hookups with city water and sewer
  • 50/30/20 amp electric service
  • Level sites with plenty of room for your RV
  • Optional concrete patio sites for added comfort

During your stay, you’ll have access to amenities that make extended travel easier and more enjoyable. Whether you're here for a few weeks or several months, everything you need is right on site.

Amenities include:

  • 24-hour laundry facilities
  • Clean restrooms and showers
  • Swimming pool
  • Playground and jumping pillow
  • Convenience store (hours vary by season)
  • Plenty of open green space

We’re conveniently located within Yankton city limits, just minutes from shopping, restaurants, the Missouri River, and local attractions.Our extended stay pricing is based on the length of your stay:

Monthly Rates (30–90 days):

  • $1,100 – Standard pull-through or back-in sites
  • $1,250 – Pull-through patio sites
  • Guests staying two or more months receive 10% off Months 2 and 3.

Seasonal Rates (4+ months):

  • Part time seasonal starting at $720/month, including all utilities. 
  • Full time season starting at $770/month, including all utilities. 

Reservations are required for all extended stays. Extended stay rates are intended for recreational camping only. Workforce, construction, or job-related stays may not eligible and require prior approval from campground ownership.
