I was in a tent (T5 location). I was surprised there was a nice bathroom right next to us! I liked the text updates.

A+ KOA! We had an emergency spot with our 5th Wheel for a week while our truck was getting fixed. It was the personnel at the camp that made it so good! They were so accommodating in every aspect. They really showed they cared for our well being! It makes us want to be KOA members! Thank you Alamosa KOA! Kathy and Jeff Brown

The spacing between campsites was wonderful. Not like your typical KOA where you are packed in close to your neighbors. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Wi-Fi was marginal but usable. The most northern road 7 had some tree limbs that rub big rigs on the west end. Overall, a good stay. We would definitely stay again.

The playground, the pool, and the 4 wheel bike rental is where the fun is... and of course the sand dunes. I am not sure if is new, but it is GREAT that they rent boards/sleds for the dunes.

The mattress on the bed was very thin. We had issues sleeping because of that. The cabin was very nice and comfortable temp wise for the middle of June.

Wifi was weak, but very nice place. Lots to do and very friendly staff. Well maintained and attentive to all of our needs. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved receiving texts about my arrival as well as various things throughout our stay. Facilities were clean and dog park was a big plus for us!

I had no choice but to stay here and although I hate tent camping in an RV park, I would stay here again. First, the night sky's were marvelous! Second, it was quiet (no generators), and third, tent camping was provided under trees with an awesome firepit. They offered pizza, pancakes, firewood, etc. This place is extremely well managed and I was very happy with our stay.

Nice campground, nice and welcoming hosts. Stayed in the " new section", but it was very dusty as there wasn't much gravel to keep the dust down. Spots were spacious. Great location to visit the Sand Dunes.

We overall had a great stay. Sites were spacious, beautiful, and well maintained. Facilities were very clean. Pool was also clean, perfect temp and very enjoyable. Only complaint we had was SOME of the staff members being rude when we asked questions. Other then that, we would definitely recommend.

I was in site 8. It was a great view, amazing amount of space, and the grounds are very well taken care of. The only criticism I found is that the drainage is at the same level as the trailer so dumping tanks was a little difficult.

While the staff and team here are super friendly and overall wonderful, I would not stay here again for the cost. The place looks run down. The pool was kept nice and clean (but needs some updated pool furniture), entry and store nice. Out of the campground options, with a little redesigning and money on amenities, this place could be wonderful!

From check in to checkout. 5 star. Pizza was great as was the ice cream delivered to the rig. Highly recommend.

My wife and I had a great stay this past spring. We had two nights here to enjoy the local attractions (not long enough). The people are friendly, helpful, and very knowable about the local area. The camp sites were very clean, level, and ours came with a grill (so we did not half to unpack ours). We are looking forward to stay there again.
