The staff was very friendly. We had all we needed but the property needs a little upgrading, primarily the shower area. Felt the tent area facing the side road should have wood fencing vs farm fencing for privacy and security.

Great place to spend the night. Nice clean area staff was really friendly and nice and it seemed like they care and want you have a good and safe stay. The pizza was great perfect after a long day of driving. And you don’t fell like cooking dinner.

The grounds were nice and well kept and everyone was very friendly! My son loved the playground and peddle cars! Just be aware that if you are in a tent there is a lot of car traffic noise at night that you can hear.

Always 5 star stay! Great staff and wonderful clean facilities. Their remodel and upgrades are awesome! We love going there and plan on coming back every summer!

Very friendly place, we had a nice shaded site. We loved the pizza delivery and pancake breakfast. Also great pool and we took advantage of the KAO Korn Hole set up. Thanks to the hosts

Our stay was enjoyable and we felt safe and comfortable. Appreciated the dish washing station and the laundry room with iron and ironing board.

Quick stay. Didn’t use many of the amenities, but most everything was great. Showers were awfully small and dark. Other than that, had a great stay.

Everything was excellent, especially the staff! Very clean! The only suggestion I would make is to have the coffee available to guests before 8 am. There are a lot of us early birds:-).

Greeter was welcoming and knowledgeable. Large, private level tents sites great. Clean bathrooms and campsites. Demonstrated staff effort to make campers comfortable! Well done!

Staff was extremely friendly, loved the general store, abundant supplies and the amenities were very clean and accessible. Very close to Great Sand Dunes National Park. KIA advertisement was spot on! Also liked the wood division partitions between the tent area - making it very private.

We had a great stay! The tent sites were comfortable - we like the gravel pads. The privacy fences were really nice too. All bathroom and shower facilities were extremely clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back if in the area!

Clean restrooms and campsites. Great location. Site size better than average. Friendly service. Well stocked camp store. Nice views of mountains. Convenient to services and restaurants in Alamosa, as well as Great Sand Dunes National Park. Would give 5/5 but highway noise started before sunrise for tent campers.

Great place and so easy to navigate. So many amenities. Super clean bathrooms. Great am Fathers Day breakfast. Friendly staff! Only issue was the location by the road - this made the traffic noise difficult to fall asleep.

My wife and I had a great stay this past spring. We had two nights here to enjoy the local attractions (not long enough). The people are friendly, helpful, and very knowable about the local area. The camp sites were very clean, level, and ours came with a grill (so we did not half to unpack ours). We are looking forward to stay there again.
