The Staff at the Alamosa KOA were great! Kind, helpful! They even help guide you to your campsite. The campground itself was clean and the sites were good sized.

We stayed in a small cabin. Scenic location in valley. Nice park. Bathrooms clean, showers clean. Gift shop with everything you might need.

We were impressed with the excellent care you give this KOA, thank you. The only negative was that you allowed several Rottweilers in the campground. We saw them growling at people who walked by with a small dog and a baby. The owner was not able to calm them down. Scary! For the rest you are doing an excellent job, thank you.

We really appreciated your help in getting us in a site. Our site was level and we could put our entry rug down without getting on the grass. The pizza was good. We did not use the showers or laundry. We'll be back.

When we got to the KOA, the stuff had good information & directions. Liked the check in system. I tried a few times to contact the office before our stay. I didn't not a return email or call. We would stay there again.

Stayed 4 nights. KOA was very clean, quiet, and the staff was VERY helpful, professional, and friendly.

This was our first time staying at a KOA and we loved it! All of the staff were very helpful, friendly, and answered any questions we had. We liked being able to communicate with the KOA through text messages. It was a very family friendly environment. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Quiet hours were respected, even on the busier weekend nights.

Extremely clean and well cared for campground. One of the best that I have seen. Perfectly located as a base camp to travel through or to explore the area. I already have reservations for my next visit.

What a delight to be welcomed by several folks when we arrived! And given bags of popcorn too! A gentleman led us to our site and guided us to align the RV. A beautiful concrete patio with a brand new fire pit, table and chairs, awaited us, including a tent space and view. All the amenities were well received: playground, showers, bathrooms, spacious sites, etc. Excellent customer service. Bravo!

Thank you for making our trip to the San Luis Valley comfortable and memorable! Staff was wonderful, activities were fun and engaging, bathrooms accessible and clean, campsite had beautiful views... we couldn’t have asked for a better visit.

We had a great stay. The staff was very attentive. They were filling the newly repaired pool on the day we left - so I would assume that will be available shortly! A bit windy, but overall a great stay!!!

Every single staff person was friendly and helpful. There is a real homey, friendly feel. The bathrooms were always clean. The pizza was amazing. Our cabin (4) was so sweet and perfect for our stay. We had children with us who stayed in a tent-camp site and there were so many amenities for the kids. The WiFi worked great all over the camp!

Great campground! Far enough from downtown alamosa to feel like you’re in the wilderness but close enough for convenience. Stunning views. Easy drive to sand dunes and the sand dunes swimming pool hot springs (highly recommend!) we will prob make alamosa koa a regular spring trip! Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Loved the playground too.

We stayed for one night. Campground was clean and well organized. Sites were a little close together but the friendly staff was there to direct us to our site and make sure we were able to get set up without any issues. If you need propane gas go to town and exchange your tank for $21.95 versus the $4.99 a pound they quoted at campground. That would have cost us over a hundred dollars with tax!

This was our 2nd year staying here. We love the staff, the sites, the activities, the playground, the pizza, and the communication. I really appreciate the gluten free choices. We'll be back next year!

We had reserved 2 nights to evaluate the layout and functionality of our camper van -- and we learned all we needed to know in one night! Your facility is very good, and we enjoyed our stay. We will come again once we correct the shortcomings of out van.

There was more weather (snowed in May) than we expected and the hosts let us stay an extra night. They picked up our trash which was greatly appreciated and gave us road condition info before we left. Thanks for a great stay!

We really liked the Alamosa KOA. The staff and owners are great! The hospitality and attn to detail, really shines there. The owner has great plans for this KOA. If I had a concern, and its not really. Some of the sites in back flooded a little with the rain then snow. But nothing can be done about the weather. Level sites, great pizza, well stocked store. We will be back.

The staff were great. Checked us right in with a bag of yummy popcorn. Clean well kept campground with a nice dog run and playground. Yummy pizza baked to order. We will definitely stay here again!

My wife and I had a great stay this past spring. We had two nights here to enjoy the local attractions (not long enough). The people are friendly, helpful, and very knowable about the local area. The camp sites were very clean, level, and ours came with a grill (so we did not half to unpack ours). We are looking forward to stay there again.
