We rented a cabin for 1 night and everything was great. Dog park was close by, bathrooms very clean and we ordered a pizza and wing bites both hot and good. We’ll definitely stop by here again on our travels. The camp hosts were both friendly and efficient!

VERY clean and super friendly staff! Some KOA's have unisex bathroom facilities and this one is separated, which we really appreciate. The bathrooms also lock with a code; the security is also very important to us because sometimes we prefer to shower at night after a day of activities. Thank you KOA Alamosa for making our stay/experience so great!! We will definitely be returning.

WIRELESS - NO INTERNET AT NIGHT ROAD NOISE HIGH WATER PRESSURE - LOW $56/NIGHT FOR MAYBE $1 worth of water and $1 of electric - doubt it was that much and..... TOLD I SHOULD NOT USE THE BATHROOM !!! KOA - you can KMA

We were here only overnight. Arrived around 7:30 at night and owners were right there to get us checked in and escorted to our site.

Only good thing about this place is how close it is to Great Sand Dune NP. The place is a dump. Roads are full of pot holes and it’s mostly dirt.

Very nice campground. Hosts were very friendly & accommodating. Very clean & COVID aware. I have never seen such vigilant & caring people take such pride in keeping the restrooms & facilities clean. Would definitely come again.

Of a 12 day trip, we spent 9 nights at a KOA, In general, I am disappointed in KOA and will probably be limiting my stays in the future. For this park, The PRO's. The cleanliness and friendly staff. In the Alamosa KOA, the sights are level and there is a K9 offleash park for the dog as well as some grass to walk him on. The CON's, narrow sites and dust.

It was great! I was able to reserve an end site and it was wonderful. Used the dog park, and it was large. We will be back if driving they the area!

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately the WiFi was almost non existent and water pressure was sketchy at best. Be careful with the dryer, it melted some of our clothing.

As with all KOAs, this one is no exception. Well-maintained and convenient in every way. My only complaint (as with other KOAs we stay at) is the lack of choosing our site with a photo so a person knows exactly what they're getting. When a person is paying 75$+ a night, it'd be great to get the best value possible.

Comfortable but very basic RV Park. The staff is excellent. Very accommodating and helpful. And they do have an awesome pizza they deliver right to your door. Made to order. Yum.

One night on our way home. We have stayed here before and enjoyed the employees and like the location. Easy access to restaurants and other stores re: Walmart.

Friendly staff, clean accommodations; followed Covid regulations. One out of two mornings we had no water pressure in the shower. The second morning was fine.

Came for a visit to Great Sand Dunes NP. We were a day late due to tow vehicle problem. We called and our spot was held for the next day without penalty. We also extended our visit a day without having to move to another spot. Our spot had been assigned to another for the extended day but Debbie called them and got them to relocate. Excellent service and nice park.

We were met by a very friendly young man in a golfing cart, who took us to our camping spot. We did not have to get out of our RV at all. He talked to us through our window and handed all the brochures to us. Very easy.

This is a well placed facility with most of what it takes to get a 4 star rating from me. Arrival handled well, sites are level and use gravel for surfaces as well as internal roads. We didn’t use bathrooms. An employee checked each site for any trash when units leave. Little things need attention. The gravel roads were continuous speed bumps and trees at entrance need trimming for safe exit.

We are road tripping and found this KOA. Staff was awesome and very friendly. Bathrooms were nice. Showers were okay, but did the job. Overall very pleased. Thank you for the hospitality!

Great location to visit Sand Dunes National Park and the town of Alamosa has a lot of amenities. Good dog park and friendly staff.

Great spot to stay. The owners are very accommodating. At entry, due to Covid, Deb met us in our vehicle with KOA koozies and a bag of popcorn; very nice. The campground is good sized and has room to walk your dogs. Highly recommend ordering pizza from Deb & Les. They delivered to our site piping hot.

My wife and I had a great stay this past spring. We had two nights here to enjoy the local attractions (not long enough). The people are friendly, helpful, and very knowable about the local area. The camp sites were very clean, level, and ours came with a grill (so we did not half to unpack ours). We are looking forward to stay there again.
