Owners were friendly and helpful. We had expected to get to view stars because of a dark sky rating, but there were 2 very bright yard lights that made that impossible. We didn't use any facilities due to covid, but the site we were assigned was adequate.

We paid for spot with a view of mountains. All we had was a view of another trailer. They needed to post their laundry room rules during Covid-19 in conspicuous location. Several campers barged in on us doing laundry in spite of rules allowing one family at a time in the laundry.

This campground served as a good base camp for visiting the Great Sand Dunes National Park. We were given a site at the end of the row, which gave us a little more privacy, which was nice. The staff was very polite and helpful.

This is an up and coming superior KOA campground. The owners are involved and show great interest in improving and expanding this campground. Close to town with easy access to main highway thru valley. We return in the future!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Nice campground and handy to the sights in the area. Only disappointment was the weakness of the WiFi. Otherwise �

The only negative thing about our stay was the last day the water was not working and when we tried to ask one of the staff we saw who to contact he rudely yelled he wasn’t working yet and kept walking. And when tried to explain there was no water he yelled again saying I AM NOT WORKING. We understood that, but he was in is KOA shirt that’s why we asked him.

It is a nice park and the best one in the area with close access to area attractions. Our stay was off season so there weren't any on park activities.

Great spot. Friendly people. Clean restrooms. Kids enjoyed the go-cart bikes and playground...dogs enjoyed the dog park. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Please consider replacing the paper towel dispensers in the bathrooms as they are constantly jamming . loved the sink wash area and dog park

The camp host and staff was very friendly and helpful!! The campground is very clean and the best part is they have a pet area that is awesome!! The pizza is a great bonus for dinner and they deliver!!! I would definately go back!

We were very impressed with the young man that checked us in and lead us to our space. The view was not exactly what was advertised but we did like the ease of the pull thru and hookups. The property was obviously well tended and clean. We would stay again should we come back to Alamosa.

The grounds were in awful shape, rutty and potholed. You know your clientel are RV’s and motor homes who shouldn't have to bounce and rock to get to site. No cable tv. Check in was very efficient.

Everyone was great there...you do need to work on WiFi strength and grass between trailers. We have dogs and our area and other areas had stickers in the grass.

The sites were large enough for our RV and vehicle. Staff was very helpful, friendly and courteous. Helped us get our water pressure corrected and made sure we didn't need anything else.

Customer service was very good. We enjoyed the area and the campground. I don't think you should charge more for a view because the weeds/brush around the edge of the campground blocks any view while relaxing in a chair.

We had a beautiful snow capped mountain view; very breathtaking! The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Their store had just what I needed and saved me a trip to the store. The host let me know they had them in store! Excellent service was provided. We will come again!

I loved being met at "the door" and taken to our reserved spot. Very hospitable. Every thing was spotlessly clean and very friendly hosts and workers.

This facility needs some sprucing up. However employee was professional and friendly. Led us to our site and followed all COVID protocols. We didn’t have to even get out of our coach to register since we had reservations.

They kept the restrooms and showers super clean with all of our Covid worries. We really enjoyed the allyoucaneat pancake breakfast. They served a great breakfast while being very careful with sanitizing and promoting social distancing. Very nice staff. The only problem we had was getting in late to find that the dumping station was locked at 8pm. A little inconvenient but we survived.

My wife and I had a great stay this past spring. We had two nights here to enjoy the local attractions (not long enough). The people are friendly, helpful, and very knowable about the local area. The camp sites were very clean, level, and ours came with a grill (so we did not half to unpack ours). We are looking forward to stay there again.
