Charging for a view that is so minimal seems unfair. We did love the opportunity to order and have pizza delivered to our RV. Text communication was also appreciated

Very nice park. We stayed in #52. This entire section of Pull-Throughs looks to have been graded about a year ago and not much done since. There were new trees planted but no ground work since. Sand and low scrub everywhere. AND the WIFI was next to non-existent. The older section of the park was very nice.

Friendly and helpful staff. Cabins nice and clean. A little far out of town, but good location for Great sand dunes. Fun activities for kids.

Everything was excellent, especially the staff! Very clean! The only suggestion I would make is to have the coffee available to guests before 8 am. There are a lot of us early birds:-).

Most sites are tight, and you can get your rig level, there are some trees on the west and south sides. they have a large pet yard that is mostly wood mulch and no shade. We use it as a stop on the way to our destination, so we can buy groceries and what ever else we may need

Greeter was welcoming and knowledgeable. Large, private level tents sites great. Clean bathrooms and campsites. Demonstrated staff effort to make campers comfortable! Well done!

Staff was extremely friendly, loved the general store, abundant supplies and the amenities were very clean and accessible. Very close to Great Sand Dunes National Park. KIA advertisement was spot on! Also liked the wood division partitions between the tent area - making it very private.

Our stay was perfect! Facilities and cabins were well maintained. Loved the daily text reminders for trash pickup, pizza, ice and wood delivery. My grandchildren loved the bike rentals, pool and playground. Staff was helpful and friendly. Nice to have charcoal grill at each cabin as well as a fire ring. Check in was a breeze and well organized. We stayed for 4 nights and definitely will stay again

Great KOA in a great location. Perfect spot to stay close to so many attractions including the Great Sand Dunes National Park. Clean campground, friendly and well managed.

We arrived to heavy rain, lightning only to realize we overlooked bringing our power cord. Staff was not helpful, but mentioned that we might find one in Alamosa. You would think that a nationwide company would have a couple one to sell, borrow, or rent. We brought a drone, were told we could only fly it over KOA. Better check FAA regulations! Were told to not wash our boots cuz of a mess at camp

Very friendly employees and helpful. Text messages with info about what’s happening in campground were very helpful also! We have stayed here before and will continue staying here when we are in Alamosa! We felt very welcomed here!

This was a great place to spend the last three nights of our trip. We appreciated being close to Great Sand Dunes NP and Alamosa. All the staff were friendly, and all the facilities were clean.

Great front desk personnel upon check in. Wonderful accommodations; pool, games, park, peddle cars, and they even deliver pizza. We will be back when visiting Alamosa and the Great Sand Dunes National Park.

We had a fantastic time. Staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. We liked the option to send/receive text messages with staff to request firewood, or to be informed of camp activities. The facilities (pool, restrooms, common areas) were clean. Sites had plenty of room and were easy to pull through. WIFI signal was ok for email (only), but they tell you that up front. We'll be back!

Operators were very nice and helpful. They stayed in contact with us by text asking if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this KOA and wish more followed their business practices.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They escorted us to our site. When I thanked them for the delivery of a package, their response was "that's what we're here for." The amenities were awesome...pool, dog park, playground, pizza, and Sunday pancake breakfast. Restrooms/showers were clean. Wifi was good. We had a lovely site with shade trees.

Great, clean campground. Awesome pool and games to play. Such nice campground hosts - always texting updates and offers to deliver snacks or firewood. Only suggestion would be to have hairdryers in the ladies bathroom and mats in the showers - to raise one up off the floor. Maybe also an exhaust fan - the bathroom was always quite steamy. Thanks!

All way good, thought I had made reservations but called ahead day of arrival and they didn't have a reservation. They accommodated us and we had a site for 2 nights and moved to a different site on the third night. Very hospitable crew. Enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I had a great stay this past spring. We had two nights here to enjoy the local attractions (not long enough). The people are friendly, helpful, and very knowable about the local area. The camp sites were very clean, level, and ours came with a grill (so we did not half to unpack ours). We are looking forward to stay there again.
