We love this KOA! Very clean and the staff are amazing! We have camped here every Labor Day weekend for the last 6 years and we will be back next year!

Cuatomer service was fantastic!! Loved the patio site, very nice! This KOA has been superior to others for years, but this year, easy check in, communication via texts, ability to charge to campsite for purchases at store, was all above and beyond. We will definitely be back!

We stay every year at the alamosa Colorado KOA campground.. what a great place always clean and friendly.. the owners work so hard and it shows, thanks for everything you do.!! Seeya next year!!

Very nice people with smiles on their faces always. Happy to help. They take pizza orders and deliver to your RV and it was delicious. Trash pickup each morning. Good place to camp with several nearby areas to visit!

The office help was rude, were not accommodating, they said “oh you used the KOA site to book” as if they resented that fact. We were traveling with a group of four, we ask to be together and the &#^#& behind the counter said they had a large group in for the weekend, they’ve been coming here for 14 years and we cannot move you, we have to accommodate our preferred group…

Check in was efficient. Sites which are gravel and a little grass, are close together. We had requested to be near our traveling group. One of the group was a good ways away. Reservations were made in March for our September trip.

I stayed at Alamosa KOA one night for 59.00 dollars. On the way back I stayed at another KOA in Ratone NM for 43.00 dollars tax and all and the manager was super nice and very helpful. Alamosa enjoy your 59.00 dollars! You will not get the chance to rob me again.

The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. Some sights had very good mountain views. The owners have been making upgrades to the property, with new patios at select sites and an entirely new section of sites, including new landscaping (although there is little shade at the new sites since the new trees are still small). All hook-ups at our site worked well, but the wi-fi signal was weak.

Only complaint is we had requested a view lot and we were looking mostly at what looked like a silver leafed willows which blocked the view of the mountains. Other than that the site was nice.

Had a great stay clean Park. They will come pick up your trash deliver firewood, ice and Hunts Brothers Pizza to your site. Jo at check in was very pleasant and informative about area.

My wife and I had a great stay this past spring. We had two nights here to enjoy the local attractions (not long enough). The people are friendly, helpful, and very knowable about the local area. The camp sites were very clean, level, and ours came with a grill (so we did not half to unpack ours). We are looking forward to stay there again.
