Great KOA in a great location. Perfect spot to stay close to so many attractions including the Great Sand Dunes National Park. Clean campground, friendly and well managed.

We arrived to heavy rain, lightning only to realize we overlooked bringing our power cord. Staff was not helpful, but mentioned that we might find one in Alamosa. You would think that a nationwide company would have a couple one to sell, borrow, or rent. We brought a drone, were told we could only fly it over KOA. Better check FAA regulations! Were told to not wash our boots cuz of a mess at camp

Very friendly employees and helpful. Text messages with info about what’s happening in campground were very helpful also! We have stayed here before and will continue staying here when we are in Alamosa! We felt very welcomed here!

This was a great place to spend the last three nights of our trip. We appreciated being close to Great Sand Dunes NP and Alamosa. All the staff were friendly, and all the facilities were clean.

Great front desk personnel upon check in. Wonderful accommodations; pool, games, park, peddle cars, and they even deliver pizza. We will be back when visiting Alamosa and the Great Sand Dunes National Park.

We had a fantastic time. Staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. We liked the option to send/receive text messages with staff to request firewood, or to be informed of camp activities. The facilities (pool, restrooms, common areas) were clean. Sites had plenty of room and were easy to pull through. WIFI signal was ok for email (only), but they tell you that up front. We'll be back!

Operators were very nice and helpful. They stayed in contact with us by text asking if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this KOA and wish more followed their business practices.

We were so impressed with this campground. It’s clean and well maintained. It is obvious that the owners/ employees really care about what they do, and the service they provide here!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They escorted us to our site. When I thanked them for the delivery of a package, their response was "that's what we're here for." The amenities were awesome...pool, dog park, playground, pizza, and Sunday pancake breakfast. Restrooms/showers were clean. Wifi was good. We had a lovely site with shade trees.

All way good, thought I had made reservations but called ahead day of arrival and they didn't have a reservation. They accommodated us and we had a site for 2 nights and moved to a different site on the third night. Very hospitable crew. Enjoyed our stay.

Thank you so much for your hospitality! We've stayed at many KOAs and never have we had such amazing customer service. The pool was fantastically refreshing after a day on the dunes, and the view from our site was stellar. We will definitely be back the next time we head out this way! Thanks again!

I had a ball! I got to know the little kids who were staying with their wonderful grandmother next to us. It was great fun. Deb and Les and their crew were so helpful. I felt like Deb and Les were practically family when we left. I really appreciated the dog run for my little furbaby. I meant to go swimming and probably would have liked it if I had, but we were busy with other things.

Well run KOA. They deliver firewood and pizza to your site. Very clean campground, bathrooms and laundry. Store well stocked.

I would rate it a 5 staff were exceptional and park is pretty clean. Restrooms, showers. Need better control of owners with pets, leaving in campers snd barking all day, Walking their dogs on others sites peeing (pee on your own site). Need more constrictive control on pet owners. Otherwise would stay at park again .

We loved this KOA!! The hospitality was over the top! They send out texts to welcome you before you even get there. Trash is picked up outside your rv plus if you need ice or firewood they will bring it to you along with pizza f you ordered too. The staff is awesome!!! Can't say enough about how nice this campground is. They are definitely on our do again

My wife and I had a great stay this past spring. We had two nights here to enjoy the local attractions (not long enough). The people are friendly, helpful, and very knowable about the local area. The camp sites were very clean, level, and ours came with a grill (so we did not half to unpack ours). We are looking forward to stay there again.
