For more than a century, Howelsen Hill and Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club have been the heart of Steamboat's winter sports culture and the launching point for generations of Olympic dreams.
Join us in historic Olympian Hall as we recognize and raise new flags for the 13 athletes with ties to Steamboat who competed at the 2026 Milano Cortina Olympic Winter Games, and celebrate how Steamboat's legacy of excellence has inspired generations and continues to shape the future of winter sports.
This special event welcomes all community members and visiting guests. Together, we'll honor our Olympians, celebrate their achievements, and recognize the traditions that make Steamboat Springs a truly extraordinary Olympic town.
Confirmed 2026 Olympians include Jason Colby (Ski Jumping), Niklas Malacinski (Nordic Combined), Riley Jacobs (Freeski Halfpipe), Landon Wendler (Freestyle/Moguls), Maddy Schaffrick (Snowboard Halfpipe), and Cody Winters (Snowboard Cross and Snowboard Alpine Race)!
