Power went out on Day-1. Day 2 - water went out. We were on a non-sewer site for 3 days. Yet there were other spots in the park where we could have had full hook-ups and those spots sat empty our entire stay. We were told there was no full hook-up sites available. Disappointing, but we managed. Great location!

Quiet, full of amenities, large laundry, clean pool, friendly, helpful staff. Site level, grass/gravel.. and children were on the opposite side of the campground.

Very clean which I totally appreciate and the service desk staff were friendly & quick to check us in. Haven't been there in a while because of COVID so it was great to get away to our favorite KOA.

Beautiful scenery! Amazing vibes! Well-kept campground in the heart of San Antonio! The staff in the office and Cafe at the Alamo KOA had outstanding customer service!

Site was good size, lots of large shade trees. Grounds are very well kept. Very quiet and restful. Check in staff are very friendly and efficient. Bus stop right outside the entrance.

Super easy bus access to tourist attractions, outstanding walking/bike path going through the campground, plenty if fun things on-site for everyone! Clean, safe & friendly staff!

Very nice! Great KOA! Staff was super and always keeping up with trash pick up, landscaping, etc. Did not appreciate vulgar political flag about "Brandon" at all!! Ignorant people only further divide our wonderful country! Very sad us campers on vacation have to face crap like that when we are trying to enjoy another wonderful part of the US such as San Antonio. Spirits were drained.

Most of the staff were fantastic. Only 1 bathroom cleaner felt that speaking to me as i spoke to her, was not an option. Just a grunt. Otherwise the campground was in good shape and would recommend.

The campground is very nice and quiet considering it's next to busy highways. Staff was friendly and mostly helpful. I do not recommend the bus public transportation that is across the street that takes you to the River Walk,maps are confusing and drop off and boarding points are in a sketchy part of downtown. Use Uber or Lyft. Nice pool but very cold during the end of March and first of April.

Our stay was first class. From the time we enter the park until we departed all the staff were friendly and well informed of local tourists attractions and how to get to them. All facilities were clean and functional. We enjoyed the pool and treated ourselves to the morning breakfast at the restaurant. We were told no sites were available with sewer during our stay but noticed many were available.

Great place, convenient for all my SA activities and touring. I loved being right on the Salado Greenway Trail. Breakfasts were a highlight and a great start to my busy days, and so nice to have a couple nights to order supper and other days the pizza was great…will definitely stay again…JimS

Very nice KOA. Clean and well maintained. People were very nice and accommodating. The general neighborhood may be a little sketchy however.

Nice place to camp. We went in Jan 2022. Quiet place, friendly staff. Nice laundry room. Gated community. Very easy to find.

Enjoyed our stay here. The sites were very nice. Lots of trees, the help was very helpful and friendly. Close enough to things we wanted to see. Only thing we thought was gross was the neighbors sewer ran right by our picnic table. Needless to say we didn't use the table. Otherwise the park was very nice. Oh and their heated pool was freezing cold. They explained that it's heated with a heat pump, there was nothing warm about it.
