Very clean which I totally appreciate and the service desk staff were friendly & quick to check us in. Haven't been there in a while because of COVID so it was great to get away to our favorite KOA.

Amazing last minute stay for our family...everyone was so kind and attentive when we checked in. We loved our cabin and can’t wait to return. Thank you for making our stay wonderful. Loved the greeting we received at the check-in gate and really felt welcomed.

Always a wonderful stay here! Friendly helpful staff- clean cabins and restrooms. The best firewood we’ve had on this trip. Love that the bus picks up right outside the campground. They’ve thought of everything for a comfortable stay. We’ll be back!

Wonderful & Relaxing!- we flew in-instead of a hotel we booked a dry (sorta) cabin- it had AC, mini fridge, water faucet outside, patio, picnic table, BBQ grill, & porch swing- bike rental, pool, laundry facilities & shower area- Breakfast is also available- WAY more fun than sitting in a hotel room after seeing the sites around San Antonio!! Thank you to all the happy & helpful KOA staff there!

Customer service is top notch, attention to the grounds is great. Biggest complaints were the cafe was very slow for breakfast (I think we waited 30 minutes for our food), and the Wi-Fi is spotty, especially in the cabins.

The grounds were immaculate and the activities for families was wonderful! Staff were friendly and very helpful. Our cabin was great, comfortable and had everything we needed. The community bathrooms and showers were clean and fully stocked. We do not have one complaint about any amenities that were offered and we will be back!

We LOVED our stay. We had to drag the kids to the car because they didn’t want to leave. The kids loved the playground, I loved the food options and we can’t wait to come back and enjoy the pool!

Loved the play area for the kids, the staff in the office and store were extremely friendly. Breakfast food from the restaurant was good and the cabins were clean and beds were comfortable. Will stay here again.

This is a wonderful KOA! Great amenities, nice staff, and the property is very well taken care of. We stayed in a cabin and it was clean, well kept, and it was very comfortable!

Love this KOA. Cabins by the lake are amazing. Clean park! Cafe has great breakfast tacos too. Highly recommend this place.

Your employies were so nice and accomodating. They even help me by unzipping my dress I had worn to my grandsons wedding. Thought I was going to have to sleep in it because I was unable to unzip it. Amber drove to my cabin and saved me. Thank y'all for your kindness above and beyond duty. Looking forward to my next stay at KOA ALAMO in San Antonio, Texas JH

Your management (Kelly) is going to run all you customers away. she doesn't know how to deal/handle customers. This KOA just lost my business, and my stay total was $721.71 for a three day weekend stay plus all the other money I spend there. It would have been in the best interest of the KOA to save a customer with a complimentary night stay with the goal of earning a life long customer.

Very nice KOA. Clean and well maintained. People were very nice and accommodating. The general neighborhood may be a little sketchy however.

Nice place to camp. We went in Jan 2022. Quiet place, friendly staff. Nice laundry room. Gated community. Very easy to find.

Enjoyed our stay here. The sites were very nice. Lots of trees, the help was very helpful and friendly. Close enough to things we wanted to see. Only thing we thought was gross was the neighbors sewer ran right by our picnic table. Needless to say we didn't use the table. Otherwise the park was very nice. Oh and their heated pool was freezing cold. They explained that it's heated with a heat pump, there was nothing warm about it.
