The camping amenities are very good. * Clean & neat restrooms * Electric and Water supply at camping site * Around 2 miles trail I'm looking to book the cabin in next visit

Nice facilities. Clean and well maintained. Camp-sites well spaced with water & electricity close by. Personnel were friendly, attentive & informative. There’s traffic noise due to the proximity of several freeways & trains passing, we’ve no complaints.

The second night we stayed, my husband and I were so terrified because there were people on the other side of the fence im assuming that were probably homeless in the back area by the tents. The fence was cut and we were just afraid one of them would come rob us. Also we got some type of bites. My husband said they looked like fleas.

I grew up vacationing in KOA and was glad to hear they supported the Boy Scouts. No luck here and I had to pay $180. That will take a lot of popcorn sales.

I would give it 5 stars as it was very clean, the staff was friendly and I appreciated the amenities. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I was told when I booked a full week that there is a discount for your last day, but they would not give me the discount, and will not respond to my email about it. A bit disappointing seeing as everything else was great.

Our 3rd stay here and can’t wait to come back. The tent sites are very spacious. Staff is fabulous. Makes us feel welcome every time. Easy drive from corpus. Love the breakfast hut.very clean Amenities. Feel safe there. Can’t wait to have more family gatherings there

This stay was easy to book and price was fair. We stayed at a cabin without a bathroom but bathroom and shower was close by. It's a good place to relax. My only concern was the patio cafe was short staffed. They were taking a while in taking orders but the food was good. This place is close to other places of interest in San Antonio.

Friendly and helpful staff during the rodeo! The only thing I would change is some sort of discouraging if driving through the tent area. The very loud large trucks would drive through the tent area all night, which didn’t make sense considering the layout of the KOA and lack of tent and cabin campers at that time. It woke us each night. Other than that, 5 stars for location and staff.

This koa is awesome. Great people, great facility. Always a joy to come here. My only criticism would be the Wi-Fi. Very slow and intermittent. It’s great that you offer it, but please if you are going to offer it, please upgrade it a bit

Second time stay at your facility.. Each time just an overnite stay... tent camp area.. Your front office staff are great! Friendly, helpful, offering advice.... Tent campsites... great. Clean, clean restrooms, good size sites... But.. Arriving at dusk, (maybe I am map reading deficient), had a hard time picking the correct site... We booked the morning if our stay for a last minute get away and they were as prepared for us as if we’d booked weeks in advance. My children exclaimed that the bathrooms were as clean as our house and everyone was pleased with the amenities, especially the restaurant food and swimming pool.

Nothing short of paradise Everytime. Constantly being improved.. friendly.. accommodating staff.. beautiful campground. I stayed twice in the last few weeks. And first time camping I wanted to go absolutely no where... just soak in the peacefulness and truly appreciate it's beauty. My vote for Campground of the Year... visited about 8 in the last month.... This is the GOLD STANDARD...

First time at a KOA. If all are like this one, I am truly dismayed that we've not visited one sooner. The office folks were probably the nicest people I've ever met in my life. Everything was so well maintained. There has maintenance and courtesy patrols running regularly. Our pupper enjoyed KampK9. Even delivered a pizza to our site. Didn't get to see everything, but, likely all top notch. Thanks

Took my three kids under 10 for a one-night stay. The grounds were absolutely impressive and the restrooms were ultra clean! Had zero issues with anything there and all of the employees were welcoming and helpful.

Very nice KOA. Clean and well maintained. People were very nice and accommodating. The general neighborhood may be a little sketchy however.

Nice place to camp. We went in Jan 2022. Quiet place, friendly staff. Nice laundry room. Gated community. Very easy to find.

Enjoyed our stay here. The sites were very nice. Lots of trees, the help was very helpful and friendly. Close enough to things we wanted to see. Only thing we thought was gross was the neighbors sewer ran right by our picnic table. Needless to say we didn't use the table. Otherwise the park was very nice. Oh and their heated pool was freezing cold. They explained that it's heated with a heat pump, there was nothing warm about it.
