We were only there for several days but the sites were great, staff friendly, lots to do and plenty to see in the area. Wished the weather had been a little warmer.

One night stop over traveling West. Rate was exceedingly high for a simple one night stop over, will not stop here on the return East trip.

Got to the campground 4:50 needed propane. The boy was at the tank and i asked him what time they closed he said 5pm i asked him if he could pump it now. He just walked away. I went inside to ask if could get propane and she said sure. She radioed and no one would answer her. She said i guess you can’t. She said come back in the morning at 8. I think people need a lesson in being kind.

I was camped next to friends and as always we had a wonderful stay. Thank you again for all you do to keep the park clean, safe, and so nice to just look at or walk around in!

Awesome park! Beautiful facility. Our dogs loved the dog park. We wanted to sample the breakfast but did not have time. Very close to the downtown sights. This park is a definite must see.

Loved our stay and felt like camping in the woods. Staff, bathrooms and trails were great also. We had a young, gray male (intact) cat visit us Sunday evening for dinner around the campfire and was so sweet. If a stray, might contact Animal Control with the local Animal shelter to take in, get nurtured and adopted out. Maybe the campground could use a good mouser! Anyway, thanks again!

When we reserved our site we had a small travel trailer, we purchased a 5th wheel, we called 2 days before arriving asking for a pull thru and reason why. They were extremely helpful, they changed our reservations to a pull thru with 50 amp. They never blinked, so would like to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH

We really enjoyed our stay at the Alamo KOA. The location was close to everything we wanted to see. The amenities were excellent like the Patio Cafe for breakfast, pizza and snacks at the main office, Mail room, and walking trail from the park. We were here for an extended amount of time and interacted with many members of the staff and they were all super helpful and friendly.

Enjoyed our stay here. The sites were very nice. Lots of trees, the help was very helpful and friendly. Close enough to things we wanted to see. Only thing we thought was gross was the neighbors sewer ran right by our picnic table. Needless to say we didn't use the table. Otherwise the park was very nice. Oh and their heated pool was freezing cold. They explained that it's heated with a heat pump, there was nothing warm about it.
