Most everyone was very friendly, the tv room being closed was sort of a bummer since it was so cold and windy, would have been nice to come in. One thing really left a bad taste in my mouth, not sure if it’s common practice but twice we watched employees empty the recycling containers into the dumpster….why even put them there and make people think you’re recycling?

This KOA is one of the best I have stayed in. The staff and the facilities are top notch and I heartily recommend this KOA.

Best KOA we have stayed at in a long time. The staff was excellent. Had a great breakfast and spent time in the event hall as our camper was in the shop for repair. We needed a place to hang out from the cold. Grounds were clean some sites could use some TLC but it was a terrific stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The price was very reasonable for all the accomodations offered. I would truly recommend this stop to all travelers in the future.

This is a lovely park right next to a creek with walking and biking trail. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

The location was easy to find, and the spot was great. The service was excellent. The only con was the lack of mask wearing among staff during the Omicron surge. For families with immunocompromised family members, be prepared to carry out extra sanitation steps.

We had a great time again in San Antonio. Your RV Resort is a great spot for RV's close to the interstate, easy in, easy out and big rig friendly. All of your staff were wonderful, we would especially like to thank the couple that runs the breakfast cafe. They were wonderful and great representatives for your park. Great place, all staff were very nice. Spots were gravel and level, some had patios, all had fire rings. The grounds are well maintained, nice walking/bike trail, bus stop close to a quick ride to the Riverwalk. We’ll be back!

Your employies were so nice and accomodating. They even help me by unzipping my dress I had worn to my grandsons wedding. Thought I was going to have to sleep in it because I was unable to unzip it. Amber drove to my cabin and saved me. Thank y'all for your kindness above and beyond duty. Looking forward to my next stay at KOA ALAMO in San Antonio, Texas JH

We had a great stay! Unfortunately, it was a very late arrival and an early departure. But, the check in staff was quick and informative. The night gate representative escorted us to our spot and gave lots of great info. In the morning, my wife got us breakfast from the Cafe. She commented on how nice the staff was there. When visiting San Antonio, we would stay here again.

Very well run and clean park. Only cocern was with Wi-Fi. Sometimes it was excellent other times would receive a message of slow internet.

They do everything right! What a wonderful campground! The Patio served dinner which we enjoyed in the hall with great gas heaters. We only stayed one night but would have stayed longer if we could.

The extension on our coach meant that the assigned site was too short. A quick call to the office and we moved to a better site. No problem. Just quick, calm adjustment. Great customer service. People make all the difference.

A little pricey but the location was good for attending the rv show at Freeman colosseum. I will probably stay here again.

We really enjoyed it- very close to the sights! The little breakfast restaurant was a plus, so was the walking/riding trail.

Second time stay at your facility.. Each time just an overnite stay... tent camp area.. Your front office staff are great! Friendly, helpful, offering advice.... Tent campsites... great. Clean, clean restrooms, good size sites... But.. Arriving at dusk, (maybe I am map reading deficient), had a hard time picking the correct site... Site number plaques are rather small, and placed well in the ba

From registration to leaving after breakfast at the Patio Cafe, our stay was terrific. Easy pull thru campsite, quiet neighbors, pleasant walkway, helpful grounds workers, everything a pleasure. And it was nice that even in Texas, almost everyone wore a mask indoors and socially distanced. Three night wasn't enough.

Nice place to stay close to all San Antonio has to offer! Bus to Riverwalk etc., stops right across the street from the entrance. Staff was friendly and helpful! Pool looked nice and laundry was good.

Very nice KOA. Clean and well maintained. People were very nice and accommodating. The general neighborhood may be a little sketchy however.

Nice place to camp. We went in Jan 2022. Quiet place, friendly staff. Nice laundry room. Gated community. Very easy to find.

Enjoyed our stay here. The sites were very nice. Lots of trees, the help was very helpful and friendly. Close enough to things we wanted to see. Only thing we thought was gross was the neighbors sewer ran right by our picnic table. Needless to say we didn't use the table. Otherwise the park was very nice. Oh and their heated pool was freezing cold. They explained that it's heated with a heat pump, there was nothing warm about it.
