Bath rooms could use a deep clean...Leaves are gone time to get them raked up...Water drainage issues should be addressed...Value sites should cost $50.00 per night

To be honest, due to the cold-wet weather we did not venture out much and use the park facilities. However, based on our check in and dealings with staff we were very pleased with everyone. The explanation of facilities and friendliness of staff made for a nice visit. Our primary reason this time, was to camp (again foul weather) but we had good evenings to just relax and rest.

We love coming here. We had great water pressure, and site was perfect. Our fur baby enjoyed the dog park and we loved how close everything is to the park. I also liked how the office text messages you about any and everything. We will be back.

We had a great stay. The deluxe cabin was cozy, and very clean. The bed was comfortable. This KOA is amazing. We will return. The location is great. They have a great breakfast and pizza and wings in the office. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Last minute choice so we could visit the Riverwalk. Not the best site (next to the dumpsters) but okay for an overnight stop.

Always good to get to San Antonio KOA. Ladies at check-in were pleasant and did their job well. Park is clean and organized, maintenance workers friendly and working away. Great chicken wings at the office.

Everyone was so kind & helpful. Beautiful campground. Lots of things to keep the whole family entertained. We ordered pizza & wings the 1st night. They were very good & they even delivered. Next morning we ate breakfast at their cafe. Excellent. Again. We will return for a vacation in the near future.

Terrain très bien entretenu, belles installations. Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Centre-ville et Riverwalk facilement accessibles. J’y retournerai lors de mes prochains passages. Ajout d’un spa serait un must.

This is one of our favorite KOAs. We have been here numerous times. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. We love the setting with all the trees, pond, the waking trail, squirrels, ducks and geese. We also like that the city bus stops in front of the KOA.

We are a family with young kids. This campsite was nice and the people were great. We found this campground to be very sleepy though and much more geared towards retirees. They do have a nice pool but since it wasn’t heated the kids really didn’t utilize it. Make sure you have a surge protector for your rig! We had a few high and low power surges that could have done damage had we not had a gu

We really enjoyed our stay here. The restrooms/showers are great, nice and clean. We ate at the cafe one morning and it was very good!! The office/welcoming staff are so helpful and friendly. Easy in and out sites, level and easy to navigate. Lots of walking area, friendly neighbors, fun watching the squirrels. The carolers were a bonus!!!

Staff was friendly. Some sites are longer for big rigs; however, the width of the sites are very narrow and there is very little space between campers. It feels like living in the hood. We have a 45’ motor boom with slide outs. There were some other sites that were wider but we were stuffed into a narrow site for 3 nights. If you plan to stay request a wide site

Nothing short of paradise Everytime. Constantly being improved.. friendly.. accommodating staff.. beautiful campground. I stayed twice in the last few weeks. And first time camping I wanted to go absolutely no where... just soak in the peacefulness and truly appreciate it's beauty. My vote for Campground of the Year... visited about 8 in the last month.... This is the GOLD STANDARD...

One of our favorite places. Friendly staff. Restaurant with great breakfast. Clean restrooms And showers as well as a little store for things you forgot. Love it here. Close to everything.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The park was exceptionally clean. I loved the trees, the paved path trail next to the property, the enclosed dog park and pull through spots. They also had a cute store, a pizza shop and a breakfast cafe on site. It was too cold to jump in the pool this trip. We would stay again next time we're in the area.

Thief ring stealing electric bikes. Not a safe place

We do apologize this unfortunate theft happened while you were in the park. We are working with Law enforcement and have submitted footage from our security cameras throughout the park. I do hope you visit us in the future.

Very nice KOA. Clean and well maintained. People were very nice and accommodating. The general neighborhood may be a little sketchy however.

Nice place to camp. We went in Jan 2022. Quiet place, friendly staff. Nice laundry room. Gated community. Very easy to find.

Enjoyed our stay here. The sites were very nice. Lots of trees, the help was very helpful and friendly. Close enough to things we wanted to see. Only thing we thought was gross was the neighbors sewer ran right by our picnic table. Needless to say we didn't use the table. Otherwise the park was very nice. Oh and their heated pool was freezing cold. They explained that it's heated with a heat pump, there was nothing warm about it.
