My partners bike got stollen and everyone should be warned of this upon arrival since 3 bikes where stolen within a couple days of each other. Instead of any empathy, she read me the fine print which made me feel angry. Needless to say we spent pretty penny there and left having to buy a new men's 20 speed. I felt scared and violated.

Thanks to Liz our stay was awesome. She was able to move us to a full hookup site which made all the difference in the world to us. Her attitude towards her job and the way she greats people is truly a gift. Thanks for your help Liz.

Better than a rest area or Walmart. Made reservations 6 months in advance and was still put on a lot where our trailer hung into the road both front and back. Grounds keeper blew leaves next to our trailer and surrounding area for 2 hours!! Couldn't sit outside and have a conversation! Not very relaxing!

Most beautiful place. Very impressed. Loved the landscape, trails, rentals, overall accommodations and ease of access coming late at night. Night guards were very hospitable and accommodating. Showers/restrooms were awesome too. The small café is not very well marked and was a little difficult for us to find. The text communications were awesome - not so much at 8AM about breakfast accommodations

Beautiful Camp ground; well kept; plenty of trees to go around; friendly staff; and a lot of amenities to enjoy. We enjoyed our short stay. We will return when it gets a little warmer.

We Had another great Stay at the KOA San Antonio, The KOA had a great and delicious Thanksgiving dinner plate for everyone registered except the side dishes, but everyone at the camp brought a little something to share. The most important was that we donated some $$ for kids with cancer and their family can go to a different camp � program. We just love the KOA in Santono

Very helpful staff, informed us of the bus stop out front. It made the trip to see the Alamo and river walk so easy and saved us lots of money on parking fees.

I enjoyed recieving texts that kept us up to date with the daily activities being offered. Staff were very friendly and we had a wonderful stay. Lots to do and see at this KOA!

Very disappointed in SA KOA for raising rates for special events and holidays. We have been regular visitors for many years and have always recommended the facility. We were told that no full hookups were available when we made our reservation, I asked to be put on a cancelation list and was told they didn't have one. Pot hole at the entrance needs attention as well as several other roads.

First time at a KOA. If all are like this one, I am truly dismayed that we've not visited one sooner. The office folks were probably the nicest people I've ever met in my life. Everything was so well maintained. There has maintenance and courtesy patrols running regularly. Our pupper enjoyed KampK9. Even delivered a pizza to our site. Didn't get to see everything, but, likely all top notch. Thanks

We needed a safe, quiet place to stay on our way to Donna TX from IA. We were grateful the KOA San Antonio was able to accommodate our big trailer last minute. The staff were friendly and so helpful. We especially appreciated the security guard showing us to our stop.

We had a change in plans and ended up staying at San Antonio KOA over Thanksgiving. When we checked in we learned that they provide a complimentary Thanksgiving Day meal. There was also a cafe/restaurant on site. Plenty to do in San Antonio and this KOA is right in the middle of it all.

The location is very convenient for visiting the Riverwalk, the Alamo, and the Missions run by the NPS. Site are not too small and generally level. The dog park is big and clean.

Very nice KOA. Clean and well maintained. People were very nice and accommodating. The general neighborhood may be a little sketchy however.

Nice place to camp. We went in Jan 2022. Quiet place, friendly staff. Nice laundry room. Gated community. Very easy to find.

Enjoyed our stay here. The sites were very nice. Lots of trees, the help was very helpful and friendly. Close enough to things we wanted to see. Only thing we thought was gross was the neighbors sewer ran right by our picnic table. Needless to say we didn't use the table. Otherwise the park was very nice. Oh and their heated pool was freezing cold. They explained that it's heated with a heat pump, there was nothing warm about it.
