Beautiful park made less beautiful by the attitude of the staff and constant burning of weeds and beeping front loaders. We won’t be back and management need to sit down with the staff snd remind them that a simple hello snd wave to your guests goes a long way to create a great user experience. Next time we are in San Antonio we will stay at the park up the street.

We really enjoyed our stay. Really clean. The staff was great. You can tell they care about their guests and the campground. The campground is well taken care of. Would come back and would highly recommend it to others. Our dog enjoyed the dog park too :)

It was a great stay wish it was longer. The only thing I messaged about a 1pm checkout and no one responded so we left at 11am. Everything else was great

Great location. Close to the city, but very safe and private. Nice trail just outside the park and public transportation right outside of the park. Staff was always polite and friendly.

We had a great time at the San Antonio Alamo KOA! The sites and campground as whole is very well kept. Lot of things to do for adults and kids. The on-site breakfast cafe and pizza/wings (in the PM) was a great food/meal option that we took advantage of. Met the owner of this campground and he was very nice, has some good plans for the grounds in the future.

First time staying here at the Alamo KOA. This place is really nice, Very clean. Was here for two days, so really didn't get to use the walking trails. If I come back this will be the place to stay.

Our first stay, and it will not be the last!! It was fantastic, in every way. The staff, very accommodating, and friendly. Campground facilities clean and modern. We loved the location of the camp grounds, it was so close to all the San Antonio sites we wanted to visit. Thanks for carrying the bare essentials in the store, as we did not bring our lift blocks, but you had them!! Great Job!!

I really appreciated the check in at this KOA. They were delightful and helpful. They told us about the site as well as San Antonio. Great pull thru and great location.

We stayed in a cabin (DC2) on the small lake. While there was some road noise, it didn’t keep us up at night. The cabin, along with all of the facilities on the property, were exceptionally clean and well maintained. All of the staff were friendly & helpful. We had pizza 1 night & breakfast tacos 2 mornings that were great! We took the city bus downtown to save on gas & parking & that worked wel

Awesome RV Park and it was a wonderful place for an RV Rally. The owners and staff were so friendly and helpful. The rally hall was huge and big enough to accommodate our entire group of 112 people and even carry on 2 group activities at once. Shady spots with easy access to the bike trail and bus stop. We all had a great time. Thank you Alamo KOA.

Great park and locations, very friendly helpful staff and clean bathrooms. I appreciated the security of the park, gated with evening security.

The sites are tight in terms of sewer lines in the area people would set up chairs. But aside from that the facility is clean, plenty of amenities and a nice Cafe. Fun place.

This is an excellent facility. They have everything we needed, they informed us about daily activities via text messages, and the staff is terrific. Also, it is not near any major highways or railroads, so it is very quiet. It’s very entertaining to watch all the squirrels.

Except for the extremely loud music from a neighboring business the stay was pleasant. Not sure why CoSA has a noise ordinance and enforcement if they do not plan enforcing the ordinance when it is clearly disturbing the surrounding community. The Alamo KOA is our home away from home when visiting a child in college and other events throughout the year and we will continue to return.

Very nice KOA. Clean and well maintained. People were very nice and accommodating. The general neighborhood may be a little sketchy however.

Nice place to camp. We went in Jan 2022. Quiet place, friendly staff. Nice laundry room. Gated community. Very easy to find.

Enjoyed our stay here. The sites were very nice. Lots of trees, the help was very helpful and friendly. Close enough to things we wanted to see. Only thing we thought was gross was the neighbors sewer ran right by our picnic table. Needless to say we didn't use the table. Otherwise the park was very nice. Oh and their heated pool was freezing cold. They explained that it's heated with a heat pump, there was nothing warm about it.
