We really enjoyed our stay at the campground. People are friendly and the location is great. There is a access to a park trail from the KOA grounds, the trail is 8-1/2 miles long so you can take your dogs for a walk. Very family oriented. Our family will be staying here again.

Wonderful & Relaxing!- we flew in-instead of a hotel we booked a dry (sorta) cabin- it had AC, mini fridge, water faucet outside, patio, picnic table, BBQ grill, & porch swing- bike rental, pool, laundry facilities & shower area- Breakfast is also available- WAY more fun than sitting in a hotel room after seeing the sites around San Antonio!! Thank you to all the happy & helpful KOA staff there!

Customer service is top notch, attention to the grounds is great. Biggest complaints were the cafe was very slow for breakfast (I think we waited 30 minutes for our food), and the Wi-Fi is spotty, especially in the cabins.

We stayed twice since we had truck problems. You were very accommodating through our troubles. It was really nice to have the city bus take us to and from the Alamo and the River Walk. Thanks, John

We I’ve San Antonio! The KOA is a bit tired and needs some work on the sites. Yes, we would return, but not because of some recognition that they received several years ago. Our neighbors felt the same.

The grounds were immaculate and the activities for families was wonderful! Staff were friendly and very helpful. Our cabin was great, comfortable and had everything we needed. The community bathrooms and showers were clean and fully stocked. We do not have one complaint about any amenities that were offered and we will be back!

This stay was easy to book and price was fair. We stayed at a cabin without a bathroom but bathroom and shower was close by. It's a good place to relax. My only concern was the patio cafe was short staffed. They were taking a while in taking orders but the food was good. This place is close to other places of interest in San Antonio.

It was great. The park was very busy due to spring break and we were put in the overflow area which was great. We basically had the whole area to ourselves. This is the second time we’ve stayed at the San Antonio KOA and it won’t be our last. Wonderful office staff too!

We LOVED our stay. We had to drag the kids to the car because they didn’t want to leave. The kids loved the playground, I loved the food options and we can’t wait to come back and enjoy the pool!

The staff was friendly, the bathrooms were very clean & the pizza was great. We stayed for 6 nites. It was also Very convenient having a bus stop right across the street!

Sites too close. Neighbor left lights on all night, and were arguing much of time. Moved their table right next to my camper. Nice and reasonably priced laundry. Friendly staff. Very expensive. Stayed because close to Alamo.

the check-in experience was very good - nice people, nice check-in registration area I thought as compared to other KOA's we have stayed in, the sites were old, and not very well kept up I understand that you need long time paying guest, but the one next to us - the outdoor was loaded with 'stuff' that was not well kept or organized - I think you should set some standards

Very nice KOA. Clean and well maintained. People were very nice and accommodating. The general neighborhood may be a little sketchy however.

Nice place to camp. We went in Jan 2022. Quiet place, friendly staff. Nice laundry room. Gated community. Very easy to find.

Enjoyed our stay here. The sites were very nice. Lots of trees, the help was very helpful and friendly. Close enough to things we wanted to see. Only thing we thought was gross was the neighbors sewer ran right by our picnic table. Needless to say we didn't use the table. Otherwise the park was very nice. Oh and their heated pool was freezing cold. They explained that it's heated with a heat pump, there was nothing warm about it.
