Stayed 2/28-3/4; site D-9. All good; no issues. The facilities were fine for us. I do appreciate KOA’s that have a Hunt Brothers Pizza on site after a long day of driving to get to the campground.

Well maintained KOA. Good security in a rough neighborhood. Public Bus to and from downtown right at KOA entrance - we used it during daylight hours - Ubered after dark.

Amenities are superior. Huge laundry room, TV lounge, amazing breakfast, walking path just outside the property and a cheap bus ride to the Alamo! Friendliest staff! Clean, hot showers were the topper to our quick stay. It's no wonder this place it booked to the brim.

Friendly, clean , courteous staff. Having the public transportation bus stop into down town at the entrance was a huge plus.

We have stayed here in the past and returned as we knew what to expect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The site was fine; the others campers were friendly as always. On this trip, we were a bit concerned about recent thefts (bicycles). Not a problem to keep them locked, but it raised the concern of security with the easy access to the park from the trail system

The only suggestion I would make is to have a nozzle connection at the septic station so we can flush out tanks. It was just a spray nozzle.

I enjoyed my stay very much!!! Great staff and very comfortable park. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the traffic noise at night. It didn't bother me the first night but the second night it kept waking me up. Not sure if it was my location (I was close to the edge of the park. Even with the traffic noise at night, I would stay at he ALAMO KOA next trip.

We liked the park. Lyn at the office was very helpful in helping us to reserve an extra night. She was very pleasant and went out of her way to help. The park was full but she found us a site.. We stayed a total of 3 nights. We received text messages when breakfast was ready. Had a nice store. Very nice park and if we are ever back in the area we will stay again.

Excellent customer service. The office staff went above and beyond to help rearrange our schedule. Facilities were extremely clean and a lot of attention was being given to the landscaping. Very good job by everyone!

Great place to stay. Bus nearby and bike trail are real pluses! Please tell your guests who drive to the bathrooms NOT to let their vehicles run while using or waiting for someone to use the restroom facilities. Laundry facilities were great, too.

One of the nicest KOA’s I’ve been to yet! Super friendly staff, immaculate grounds, and great location. If we venture back to San Antonio, I will definitely stay here again.

The only reason I rated the way I did was because our plans changed. It was AFTER I booked that we received word you wouldn’t allow cancellations during the time we were there. I have never experienced anything like that when staying at a KOA! We left a day early and we’re billed the entire stay amount.

Clean park, helpful gentleman who filled my propane. A little disappointed that when traveling alone and staying just one night I asked to be placed close to restroom so I wouldn’t have to connect water and sewage. Despite multiple vacancies they said they couldn’t move me. I was more than happy to pay for moving and pay for full hookups but they said no

Very nice KOA. Clean and well maintained. People were very nice and accommodating. The general neighborhood may be a little sketchy however.

Nice place to camp. We went in Jan 2022. Quiet place, friendly staff. Nice laundry room. Gated community. Very easy to find.

Enjoyed our stay here. The sites were very nice. Lots of trees, the help was very helpful and friendly. Close enough to things we wanted to see. Only thing we thought was gross was the neighbors sewer ran right by our picnic table. Needless to say we didn't use the table. Otherwise the park was very nice. Oh and their heated pool was freezing cold. They explained that it's heated with a heat pump, there was nothing warm about it.
