Sadly I was dissatisfied. I have stay here for 5 years in a row and everyone has been kind until this year. I was yelled at and called ‘you people’ by Lady named Sandy for asking for a late check out. I have recommended this place to 3 other families who also chose to stay this year. Sandy was very unprofessional and I was shocked by her treatment. She even called the security guard

Great folks and love staying at Alamo KOA. Site A10 was slightly undeveloped where auto level on fifth wheel lifted one side tires off the ground.

Friendly, helpful staff. Sites were a bit cramped together but worked fine. Great breakfast from the "activities place". Showers were good and bathroom was warm so that was appreciated. Small size site was the lower score. Would revisit, was kinda high priced.

I have stayed at KOA's before and found this one to be the most expensive, by almost double of other KOA's. I asked for a refund for the last day as I needed to leave. I was told no refund because it was Rodeo Week, I was not there for the rodeo. When checking in I was told that if dealing with loud campers let them no and don't be nice. It felt very cold but that may have been due to the weather

Alamo KOA is a great place to stay in San Antonio. Clean, well run, and very conveniently located. The camping spots are roomy and nicely placed. The only thing that was not exceptional was the WI-FI, it seldom was working up to speed.

We always enjoy staying at this KOA because it is kept neat and clean. The staff is very friendly and efficient. They also go out of their way to help customers and make sure your stay is memorable. We also love the cafe!

I love this place and frequent it often for work travel but I disliked the spot by the lake in between the cabins. Was probably the worse stay I’ve ever had at this location, as a Walmart parking lot would have been preferable to being squeezed between two giant rigs with no space.

Friendly and helpful staff during the rodeo! The only thing I would change is some sort of discouraging if driving through the tent area. The very loud large trucks would drive through the tent area all night, which didn’t make sense considering the layout of the KOA and lack of tent and cabin campers at that time. It woke us each night. Other than that, 5 stars for location and staff.

What a great facility! Breakfast in the cafe was pretty amazing! Fast service. The only concern was the front desk staff. I asked a question that required them to say no. It l was preceded with a laugh. It was off putting. I don’t mind being told no but the laughter made me feel like I was stupid to even ask. question: Check out time extension or a place to park while we went to the Alamo

Très beau camping, propre, accès direct à la piste cyclable, près de toutes les activités. San Antonio est une ville à voir. On a adoré RiverWalk, le Rodéo Show, toute la richesse historique de cette ville.

The staff were wonderful and the location was great. The facilities also looked good and it is nice that they have a cafe. Unfortunately, the site was so small that we were almost on top of our neighbors sewer connection. And it is one of the most expensive we have stayed at. Won't be back.

I have stayed at this KOA many times and have always enjoyed it. It is clean and the staff is very helpful. This time I wasn't able to get a full hook up spot and was stuck with a spot that wasn't level. I understand that this was not a premium spot, but for what we paid it should have been fairly level.

Great that they could locate a site for me when I was told that they were full. Not so great when quiet hour never took place. My next door neighbors were partying up past midnight. I left my slide in and they were leaning up against my trailer throughout the night. Had to get up early to continue my trek. Not much sleep that night.

The staff was very nice however they put huge campers on small spots this many people could barely get out of the site or park their cars. Our truck got dented by someone when we were out. Also yahoo’s partying easy after hours. Won’t be back.

Very nice KOA. Clean and well maintained. People were very nice and accommodating. The general neighborhood may be a little sketchy however.

Nice place to camp. We went in Jan 2022. Quiet place, friendly staff. Nice laundry room. Gated community. Very easy to find.

Enjoyed our stay here. The sites were very nice. Lots of trees, the help was very helpful and friendly. Close enough to things we wanted to see. Only thing we thought was gross was the neighbors sewer ran right by our picnic table. Needless to say we didn't use the table. Otherwise the park was very nice. Oh and their heated pool was freezing cold. They explained that it's heated with a heat pump, there was nothing warm about it.
