Very disappointed in SA KOA for raising rates for special events and holidays. We have been regular visitors for many years and have always recommended the facility. We were told that no full hookups were available when we made our reservation, I asked to be put on a cancelation list and was told they didn't have one. Pot hole at the entrance needs attention as well as several other roads.

We needed a safe, quiet place to stay on our way to Donna TX from IA. We were grateful the KOA San Antonio was able to accommodate our big trailer last minute. The staff were friendly and so helpful. We especially appreciated the security guard showing us to our stop.

We had a change in plans and ended up staying at San Antonio KOA over Thanksgiving. When we checked in we learned that they provide a complimentary Thanksgiving Day meal. There was also a cafe/restaurant on site. Plenty to do in San Antonio and this KOA is right in the middle of it all.

The location is very convenient for visiting the Riverwalk, the Alamo, and the Missions run by the NPS. Site are not too small and generally level. The dog park is big and clean.

Another return visit to San Antonio's KOA was as good as all our past visits. The property is well kept and the staff are informative and cordial. Excellent job folks! Thank you.

Very helpful staff, both in the office and around the camp. Great to have everything we needed on-site, like food options, the store, propane, etc. This was our first KOA stay ever, and we'll definitely be back--both here and other locations. I did notice a few sites had a strong smell coming from the sewer dump, but I think it was probably them not hooking it up right rather than something broken

Very nice camp ground. Very clean and well kept. Enjoyed our stay. And very happy to have a pizza and wings restaurant on site! Nice to have as we watched football after a long drive. It was delivered right to our door. And bonus a cafe for breakfast! We ordered breakfast burritos for the road and they were amazing! It is such a nice bonus to have food at a campground! Such a conveince! The best!

First time ever staying at a KOA and it most certainly won’t be the last. Staff super friendly. Grounds well maintained. Felt safe. It was beautiful and conveniently located to nearby downtown San Antonio. Plenty of amenities.

All the crew at this KOA are awesome, Sandy, Andres are the best people I have dealt not that everyone else are great,, it's who ived dealt with more often, just can't get enough of this place. MY WHOLE FAMILY LOVES IT.

We had a great stay at San Antonio KOA. It was the perfect location to see all the sites we wanted to see. Easy in and out. It was very well maintained and the staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The facilities were spotless. The sites were pretty level. I would recommend staying here and will most definitely return.

It was just great. We took advantage of the city bus and also used Uber while there. Bath facilities were very nice and the pizza made in the store was delicious!!!

We have stayed 6 or 7 times. Location lets us visit family easily. Staff always pleasant and accommodating. Grounds are well maintained, and we have seen improvements over the years.

Great location. Close to a great biking/hiking trail. And only 5 miles from the River Walk area. The park had some nice amenities, including a terrific restaurant for breakfast.

We were there for an overnight. They set us up in a pull through in an area clearly for short time stays near the gate. We left the car attached and used a Lyft to get into town for dinner and back. Before leaving we filled our propane tank. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We love this campground. The breakfasts are great and they deliver pizza to your site! The swings on the patio sites are awesome!

Very nice RV Park, easy to get in and out of and only about 10 to 15 minute drive to about anyplace you want to go. It’s also a nice that they serve breakfast every morning which was a real plus.

The KOA San Antonio is a lovely RV park and convenient to the Via bus line. The office staff were great and extremely helpful. We will definitely visit again.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The facilities were spotless. The grounds are nice with lots of mature trees and grass. We enjoyed a 4 mile walk on the paved trail by the river. Uber pick-up was a short ride to downtown. It was a great place to stay.

Very nice KOA. Clean and well maintained. People were very nice and accommodating. The general neighborhood may be a little sketchy however.

Nice place to camp. We went in Jan 2022. Quiet place, friendly staff. Nice laundry room. Gated community. Very easy to find.

Enjoyed our stay here. The sites were very nice. Lots of trees, the help was very helpful and friendly. Close enough to things we wanted to see. Only thing we thought was gross was the neighbors sewer ran right by our picnic table. Needless to say we didn't use the table. Otherwise the park was very nice. Oh and their heated pool was freezing cold. They explained that it's heated with a heat pump, there was nothing warm about it.
