Zero Stars. When we checked in we were not shown to our site or anything by staff. Once we got settled we found that we had a H2O & shut off right smack in the middle of our site, so we couldn't even use our site. The H2O had the site next to it hooked up in it as well, causing issues with hoses running across our site. HORRIBLE. Some staff was rude and didn't even try to fix it. HORRIBLE TIME

The park was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also had a nice and well maintained mini-golf course, recliner bikes, tubes for the river and nice fishing spots. Unfortunately, the park is right along hwy 40 that is very busy and loud day & night. Our spot was within 100-150 ft from the Highway. If you get a spot far from the hwy, it would be a much better experience I’m sure.

They shouldnt advertise that they have internet because it was difficult to connect to let alone use. The cable tv was also terrible. We got there at noon and they said my spot was open but it would cost me an additional $25 if I wanted to leave my 5th wheel. I just wanted to unhook it in my spot and not connect to anything but they said I could not come back until 2:00. They were just rude.

We enjoyed our time and stay. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our site was clean and we enjoyed the seating area that was provided.

This is a quiet, well maintained campground with beautiful scenery and a variety of activities for kids. The free bus ran every 20 minutes during the day bringing us and our bikes to the local town trails and downtown area. Thank you Chris for sparkling clean bathrooms. This place is loved by the management and it shows in every detail.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. However our campsite was terrible and not at all what we expected. Despite having a travel trailer listed as our equipment we were placed in a pull in Motorhome site. This meant our door and outdoor space were on opposite sides of our camper, rendering both them unusable. This was amplified by how small the sites are to begin with.

We had an incredible time from the moment we check- in to the moment we checked-out. They have a slew of awesome employees. The pool was warm and the Campground was clean. Having the river right there is just incredible. The employees where just amazing, I can't say that enough. Thank you Steamboat KOA, can't wait to come back.

Adam was extremely helpful In many ways ….from answering all my silly questions- his positive and friendly answers were exciting and helpful!! Especially with the man out side the ladies bathroom. And for giving me the new code - when your week starts Wednesday and code changes it’s appreciated to learn of the change…. We left 7 days later again on Wed :) Good wishes on the new 31 sp

Wonderful! Great! Relaxing just watching everyone ride the Yampa River! So many different - tubs, Kayaks, rafts....and the people... young, old and inbetween! Adam was so helpful when we first arrived to when we left! His positive personality and with all the "answers"! Thank you Adam for all your help! I thought the campsite was very well managed and extremely clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall it was the perfect place to stay. Journey in the camp store was particularly helpful as was Jim.

Fantastic KOA. this is one of the best camping experiences we've ever had. The registration folks were friendly and helpful. The guy who took me to my site was great. Great campground. We loved it and will return for sure! We can't wait to see the new sites on the island!

The young man at the desk on the morning of 6/24 was very rude, grumpy and not helpful. There were two older men [KOA Staff] in the campground that were always friendly and helpful. Marie [sp] was also great. The young man should not be in a customer service position.

Once again, we had a great experience/stay in Steamboat Springs. Though the new additions that are being constructed were tough to get around it was still worth the stay.

The staff is so so nice and the manager came around on a golf cart to check if everything was up to par or if there was anything he could do to make our stay better. Wow. Everything was clean. We rented the 3 wheeled bikes and they where super fun. Nice camp ground next to a nice stream.

We had a great stay at the Steamboat Springs KOA! Friendly people, fun bikes, and mini golf were great activities! The only issue we had was that we couldn't get the wifi to work.

Arrived on time but did not get the site I was expecting. Water and Electric only. and site was right next to the entrance. The staff was not helpful at all and seemed like I was annoying them. The campground had scheduled construction to expand their entrance and they started a 7 AM continuing all day which created so much dust that we could not even be outside. Not happy with this stay.

The Steamboat Springs KOA was ok. Pool was nice, nice location, enough things to do to stay occupied, staff was great. I did not like how close the sites are to one another and that when you open your door it's facing the opposite sites door, very close together. And of course the price, it seems like a lot to me for a piece of dirt to park on for a night.

Lots of fun activities for kids and families. There's a dish sink, clean bathrooms, nice sites, friendly staff. Internet is weak, as it is in many campgrounds.

Place was a jammed dirty sardine can. Owner Bob was rude and ignorant. We were told if we didn't like it ,leave. We left 2 days early. We couldn't get out soon enough. Were still looking for our refund. I would not recommend this dust bowl to anyone. Tim Savage

The campground was very nice and clean but we don't know why on the patio sites you face your neighbors. That was kind of disappointing. Also the two trailors near the employee area looked pretty trashy. Other than that it was nice.

The staff are all very friendly and professional. We needed to fix our sway bar and the general manager helped us figure it out so quickly, we hit the road without losing any time. The facilities were always clean and the activities for the weekend were fun. Will come back again!

Convenient location. When we left early morning we found out the dump station was locked. Fortunately there was an empty site and we dumped there. You should tell campers that dump station is locked during certain hours or keep it available at all times. We tried to use it around 7 am which isn’t really that early when you have a long drive ahead of you.

Unfortunately we were at site 71 which had a shared patio with another camper for whom we did not know. We were asked to not have a fire one of the evenings we were there by the people. We actually cut our trip short by one day and left. If we stay at this KOA again, we will have to make sure we can request a site that is not sharing a patio. Thank you,

The staff was very nice and left us our key for a late check-in. The cabins are quite cozy and you can't beat the price. Very clean.

Great place to winter camp. Super friendly staff and nice clean facilities. Felt very comfortable staying here and letting my kids run free. For people going to the mountain there is a FREE shuttle that comes into the entry every 20 mins. Made it too easy for my family to just hop on the bus and head to the slopes.
