New to staying at the Steamboart KOA (and KOA's in general). The cabin was great, the bathrooms were clean, and the staff were attentive and polite. What else could you ask for?

We love this KOA. Facilities are always clean, staff is always friendly! Adam is Awesome, and helped us get our car out that was stuck in the mud. Perfect place to stay in Steamboat. We can’t wait to go back in the summer.

We were delighted with our little cabin! The stairs are a bit steep and the couch was horribly uncomfortable otherwise its a great little log cabin it was! It was charming and warm and we hadn't realized that it actually had a bit of a kitchen that we would liked to have taken more advantage of it. The host even called to make arrangements if we didn't make it by 5:00. We will rent one again.

The delux cabin worked well for my stay. After hours check in and out went smooth. I gave 4 stars because the morning I left the water was not working, ( it was 10 degrees outside.) The last issue was the metal frame futon was very uncomfortable to sit on. Enjoyed my 2 nights stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. It had everything we needed. Very roomy for our group of three.

We loved staying in the new cabins! We had everything we needed. We appreciated all of the hooks for hanging up snow gear, coats, etc. We can't wait to come back!

We stayed in the New Deluxe cabins and they were amazing! We have stayed in several hotel/condos in Steamboat Springs but the new deluxe cabins have been the best so far! We will be making the KOA our go to place. The staff was wonderful and everything was so clean and nice!

Cute cabin but really packed in there. The TV was all static and the water didn't work at all in the morning (too cold?). We were there for only a short time and it was a comfortable place to sleep.

Great location, beautiful views! Bathrooms were clean and the cabin I stayed in was warm enough even during the coldest night (-5). Looking forward to returning to explore more of this amazing city.

The staff were able to accommodate us for a last minute trip. Very nice and friendly. Campground was very well kept. Had an overall great location and close to downtown.

Have stayed here over a period of decades-and many times in the same cabin. I'll be back in December and January. Love the location and love listening to the Yampa River-less than 20 feet away. Hosts are always great. Big improvements coming as well

This was our 1st time at a KOA, and you set the standards very high for any future stays with other KOAS. Your staff was very welcoming and helpful. You went above and beyond for my daughters birthday by hanging a sign, balloons, and presented her a gift from the staff. Making her feel extra special! You can tell that everyone takes pride in their work, it was extremely clean and well maintained

They placed me across from an active construction night and the manager almost refused to refund me, despite me calling corporate and was rude and dismissed with a wave of his hand.

Everyone on KOA staff was very friendly. Very helpful, and the activities, Such as miniature golf and horseshoes and the playground for the children were excellent very much needed for my grandkids thank you. However the town of steamboat springs needs a go kart track. I think that would be a good investment for myself. Thanks for a wonderful stay for myself and my grandkids David Lyles

stayed in a larger cabin. cabin seemed fine at first glance, but after taking a disinfectant wipe on the highly traffic areas it was filthy when i was done with it. felt like the bowls and silverware were dirty also. holes in the screens of the windows. windows didn't stay shut prevented more of the traffic noise from being silenced. i liked that the tv had good channels and the wifi was good.

Very nice KOA. Camp kitchens much better at other KOA's. Had to sign special paper to not smoke in cabin, but smoke from other fire pits enters the cabin through open windows....so don't see the point...we don't smoke anyway. Cabin had a great fan upstairs, but need a vent or small window fan to pull cool air inside the upstairs....very hot to sleep. Upstairs could use a bench along wall to place

The lodge we rented needed some repairs, cleaning and the beds were thick gym mats on plywood. Extremely uncomfortable and disappointing considering we paid $200 a night. We liked many of the improvements you've made and the staff were very friendly and courteous. Great customer service.

Friendly greeting and immediate checkin. Great location due to free public transportation. Facility showing its age in wear and might need update. Very comfortable and met our needs. Would stay again.

having to climb up to get to the beds is not very convenient for older people or those with knee problems, It was very hard for me to go up the steep stairs & myhusband would have killed himself coming down to the bathroom at night. everything else was nice.

We stayed in a larger cabin (3pp) and it suited us very well. Clean, well outfitted with the essentials, well located, the managers made many efforts to make our stay as wonderful as possible. We met relatives with an RV, they had four kids, they parked right behind our cabin which became Camp Central for cooking, eating, near the pool and showers. It could not have been better.

The staff was very nice and left us our key for a late check-in. The cabins are quite cozy and you can't beat the price. Very clean.

Great place to winter camp. Super friendly staff and nice clean facilities. Felt very comfortable staying here and letting my kids run free. For people going to the mountain there is a FREE shuttle that comes into the entry every 20 mins. Made it too easy for my family to just hop on the bus and head to the slopes.
