Spaces were a bit narrow but grounds well kept, bathrooms updated and clean, and whole campground was huge.

The facilities were well maintained, and the setting is beautiful! The staff were on top of maintenance, and even showed us to our campsite! We definitely will be back.

A lot of dirt spaces. Would have been nice to see some grass between or around the sites. Front office was very friendly.

I booked a full hook up site on the river and got a view of brush, no river and not full hook up. I told the office like 3 times and they just kind of ignored me. There were open sites on the river. Not sure if they were full hook up. They just do not communicate well or appear to care to deliver what they promise. Also the KOA is near the main highway. Not a great location.

I would not recommend this KOA if cold weather is expected. The water faucet for our RV site was frozen and useless each morning. I had my hose unattached to the KOA faucet and it still froze up. Not impressed, especially when we needed water in the morning.

The front desk messed up our reservation for two sites. She was not very helpful and made us feel like we were the ones who did not make the reservations properly, even though she was who we had spoke to on the phone weeks earlier. As it turned out, we made the reservations perfectly and she didn't link them properly in the computer. Refused to give us any discount or apology. Nickel and dimed us

It was a very nice stay. Everyone seemed pleasant. There was a discrepancy on our site number as we pulled in for our visit but, it was rectified immediately. Super cute mini golf area and playground for the kids. Fun stuff in the gift shop. The website did not reflect that we couldn't fish until we got to the campground. We would definitely stay again!

This was out very first stay at a Campground all together and the staff was extremely helpful and VERY friendly! They stopped us before we left to ask us how our stay was! The grounds are well kept and easy to find anything you need. Very accommodating. I’ll be scheduling our next stay soon!!!

Every single staff member was kind, considerate and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they were doing. How refreshing and rare is that? � The campground itself is very well laid out, with trees and space between sites so it doesn’t feel as though you are camped in an RV retailer’s parking lot. Because of the Covid we did not use any of your amenities. But the service was good and easy to make an appointment.

The wifi is not good so if you plan on looking at the internet, don't. Also our Verizon signal was not strong there. The spaces were easy to get into and out of. There water pipes are not covered so if it freezes, like it did our last night, I could not turn off the water and had to leave our water reducer on the faucet with the value open. I notified the office but it costs us an hour.

Bathrooms were exceptionally clean. The staff person gave me information regarding a late check-out which conflicted with the information given to the person I was traveling with - charging her more than they quoted me which seemed capricious and unfair.

The cabin by the lake was beautiful. The staff was uninterested and overheard a staff member complain about being tired of people.

The setting was good. We were on a motorcycle needed bedding. What they had was there luxury cabin. Cabin pretty run down inside, no soap for showering.but did have soap for your dishes which they ask you to do.for the money it was not worth it you would think they would take more pride in that property it’s a real nice spot.

Clean, campground and restrooms and friendly staff. Very helpful filling our propane tank and putting it back into our trailer housing. Beautiful setting along the Yampa River. Looking forward to coming back next summer.

A wonderful location to experience Steamboat! You folks are great hosts overall! However, one simple improvement - given the technological demands of the current time and the movement to a more digital world, accelerated by the pandemic, YOU HAVE TO PROVIDE RELIABLE WIRELESS INTERNET. Time to make a simple investment to upgrade the system. Maybe we will be pleasantly surprised next time?!

Just a quick jaunt to Steamboat for some mountain biking. Was supposed to be for a high school MTB race, but that was cancelled. Came anyway for the awesomeness. The KOA itself is friendly, clean, organized, and pro.

Very small lots for RVs and very close together compared to other KOAs in the state of Colorado. Our truck had to stick out into the road because there really isn’t much space for a 5th wheel and a truck. This campground was also very close to a main highway which made for a noisy time but that isn’t why I’d give it 1 star. I hate to say it, but it was overall a low quality campground for RV

When my son and his family showed up a staff member asked my son what he was doing there and my son told him he was meeting his family at site #52. This staff member was very rude and sarcastic and told my son he highly doubted that they were there to camp and they needed to leave. This employee is very racist and rude. My son and his family are Hispanic. I am white and I had no problem!!!

The staff was very nice and left us our key for a late check-in. The cabins are quite cozy and you can't beat the price. Very clean.

Great place to winter camp. Super friendly staff and nice clean facilities. Felt very comfortable staying here and letting my kids run free. For people going to the mountain there is a FREE shuttle that comes into the entry every 20 mins. Made it too easy for my family to just hop on the bus and head to the slopes.
